Poor service - unable to refund deposit
I asked for a refund of deposit (bar stools) not yet delivered and flatly refused. I bought the wrong height. Unacceptable response - bad customer service. Now I don’t know what to do

re nice but they are the wrong size for my new kitchen. Management at Koala do not understand this. So now, I walk away from my deposit of $240. I will shop here again and urge everyone to think twice as they have not attempted to assist me in the slightest. Email correspondence is rude and direct.

I just enter Koala Living HomeBush to do window shopping. I met Christine at the showroom as I wanted to know and confirm few prices. She was so friendly and flexible and answered all my queries with a smile. I MUST HAVE ASKED HER PRICES FOR ATLEAST 20 ITEMS . What surprised me most that instead of getting irritated she continue with her smile and cool.Really an excellent customer service I could get.
So finally just due to her patience and ready to help attitude, I purchased good worth $1500

Well made good quality furniture
