Not worth the money
The Good
- Sound is above average
The Bad
- Bluetooth connectivity is pathetic. I am constantly having to re-pair these (tried with multiple devices). I have a pair of cheap Sonys, and have never had to re-pair them
- Don't bother trying to use them for calls. The person on the other end simply can't hear (tried with multiple phone models)
Purchased in March 2021.

Battery degraded in 18 months to under 1 hour.
The sound was acceptable and the product was easy to set up but the battery degraded so fast and there is no way to replace it (buy a new earpiece). Do not buy.
Purchased in March 2021 at David Jones Online Store for A$399.00.

Good but not the best
Happy with the quality of sound and design but noise disconnection sometimes get frequent. Can’t use while running as there’s chances for ear plugs to fall. Phone calls with the ear plugs around people is impossible maybe due cross ober with other people’s wireless connection
Purchased in March 2021.

Do not waste your money on this - if you are planning on taking calls
Sound is ok but very similar to my half price sennheisers. The worst is that you are unable to use these for phone calls. Nobody was able to hear us, no matter where we were and what setting. Not even inside the house. Callers can hear everything but you. They are useless for calls, I had to disconnect them so the caller could hear me. An absolute disgrace for the 600 bucks we paid for two. I will never ever buy a b&o again, I'm too disappointed. Oh, and they are not comfortable to wear either.
Purchased in December 2021 at Catch for A$300.00.

Too much hype, not enough product
The earphones look good feel good and that is probably where the good part ends.
First up these are really really expensive by that I mean nearly double the price of the AirPods. Are they double the value for money too? Not really is the answer.
These come with a lot of features like volume control, skipping tracks, microphone to be able to take calls to name a few.
Volume control works perfect everytime.
Skipping track rarely works because it is so hard to get the double tap just right and I only manage it very few times I try. I alw...Read more

Loved that at the start...
I work in the world of digital change and at first these nifty little Bluetooth buddies were going to be my best friend on my 5 hourly a day commute.
At first I loved no chords. I was impressed I could sync with different iPhone products but it was a little frustrating having to turn off Bluetooth and pair with another product but it seemed small price for my nifty pink special edition earbuds.
Firstly, after initial fiddle setup after an hour or so using thethe earbuds hurt. Didn’t have that problem with my old in ear buds and after fi...Read more
nding the foam buds were the best I was set... As time went on I missed the deep bass sounds my Bose headset offered and I was getting more and more frustrated with the earbuds not syncing and drop outs and more so the very limited app. The sound seems to not go high enough and la is depth for s lot of songs (and for my 86yo Dad who also jumped onto the latest gadget fad). Two months ago one of the buds fell out of my ear and and hit the ground and now I’m having fallout issues in left ear even more but have read this is common (also with my dad in Melb who took them back to the B&O outlet to be told he didn’t buy them from there so they couldn’t help him). I’ve also read customer service in the city (Sydney) is terrible here in the city so I haven’t bothered taking them in. The app continues to astound me at how limited it is. In this day and age with an app surely you could adjust volume and tone easily for each earbud but, no. Preset doesn’t do it and I’m not deaf. I have no idea how my 86yo dad hears anything at all. He’s gone back to his old headsets he’s that disappointed. Sennheiser seems to still be a better option now they are in the market from reviews I’ve seen and sadly I am looking at maybe trying their new wireless earbuds that have good reviews.Similar opinion? Ridiculously inconvenient
Paid over $400 to muck around all night trying to connect to my iphone x. the buttons are unresponsive, and once connected the left ear connection dropped out. furthermore i charged it for over 2 hours before first use. Avoid yourself the cost I guess with B&O you dont get what you paid for, will return to store for a refund.

Too hard!
Most frustrating bluetooth process ever! Too complex to be worth the effort. Paid $$$ but never use them bc cant be bothered waiting/stuffing around to get them paired to my iPhone. Why cant it be as simple as 'B&O E* and the device automatically switching into pairing mode. Nest thing you know, I'll have to stand on my head and hold my ar, out at a 90 degree angle just to get a connection!

Not too shabby
It is indeed a very expensive wireless headset. And with the price tag, one does expect a good sound quality.
I should clarify that if you are looking for crystal clear sound then this is not the headset for you.
But for this light-weight and easy to setup wireless headset, I love it!
They look great unlike those that look like those replaceable toothbrush heads.
In addition to the above, I love the smart touch capabilities.

Not Quite Perfect
These are really fantastic little wireless earphones. They come with numerous silicone sleeves and a comply foam sleeve and a super little charging case. Getting started is quick and as easy as you would want, simply charge and go. The tap sequences are easy to use to control volume, skipping tracks and answering calls. The only down side is although they look really small when holding them, once in your ears they still protrude a little, so not as in-ear fitting as I expected. As with all these types of earphones you cant try in the shop b...Read more
efore you buy and at $400+ retail price if there not exactly what you want its a little late. The B&O app that supports the earphones could also do with some improvement in terms of adjusting sound levels. Once in the ear they are a good fit when walking, but this will obviously be subjective with everyone. Occasional blip in connection experienced, but nothing drastic. I find that you also have to keep checking that they are not gradually coming out of the ears when wearing for long periods. Volume control via either side is simple and easy to use. Good sound quality experienced also. After three months use, these became difficult to turn on to the point of giving up and ultimately needed to be replaced under warranty. Second pair failed after three weeks use, seemed to be the same fault as first pair, failing to sync and pair with each other, then simply refused to turn on. Very disappointing, clearly some technical issues. Returned for full refund.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
