Poor customer service, very difficult to get a return/refund
Very poor customer service and refund service, Extremely difficult to organise a return/refund from Catch product sales. Automated customer service return emails making it impossible to communicate. Delivery tracking process on recent orders is faulty on Catch product sale's deliveries and doesn't progress to delivered. An expensive lesson for me so I won't be back.
It was extremely easy to find what I wanted and the products (running shoes) were the right size and excellent quality for a very good price. I will be recommending Catch to my friends and I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

Ordered 1 pair of Adidas shoes.. (black) After a few hours I changed my mind about the colour phoned them to see if I could change it.. They had already left the warehouse.. So same night I purchased another pair same shoes in white .. Now I have 2 pairs :) arrived today took 4 working days to arrive to NZ not to bad service and good quality shoes.. :)
I had the worst experience with Catch. Despite writing an email to cancel my order, Catch ended up shipping the product to me. When contacted again, they delayed the process and asked me to pay a $50 fee. What an unfair deal? I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Catch and their seller Daily plaza. I have taken it to the ACCC to help me resolve this issue as this is been going on for 2 weeks now. I fail to understand why they would get me to pay the fee when in the first place it was their mistake for delaying communications with the seller.
They typically provide the cheapest items and offer free delivery, which arrives within the week (about 3-days from payment).
Their inventory is huge and is of the quality as stated. For instance, I just received a huge wrought iron bird cage, that was easy to assemble and very sturdy. The rrp is $600, I paid $270 with free delivery and it arrived in 3-days.

They stock an amazing range of products. I had an issue that they responded to very quickly. I didn't like the response but it was fast. I cancelled the order on the site and despite being able to do so the supplier said I could not.
From the words of a supplier when I asked why I was paying $30 more I was told because catch charges a high transaction fee to suppliers from their platform... Catch it is not a “saving deals” site...
I brought a USB the supplier gave me the newer model as the one advertised was discontinued. So I paid the higher rate than the suppliers own advertising rate and those from eBay and google sale providers.
Just reminds me of the past Christmas with a Disney frozen toy I seen advertised... where catch has its benefits better deals can be found elsewhere.
I was sold a faulty computer from StockForLess through Catch. I have been trying to get a refund from StockForLess for the last 11 months to no avail. They wouldn't answer me or Catch. I contacted Catch again and they immediately escalated the dispute to high priority and went straight into action. I am already on the way to getting a refund without having to pay a very hefty shipping fee. I have a very high regard for their after service customer care.
bed coming in parts
Ordered Queen size bed as they we apparently delivering the fastest.
Now I am getting my bed in pieces, First came bit of sides and then the screws.
Now I am waiting for the head piece and and the rest of the side.
I can't even put my bed together !
How amazing is this ! In this way it will take my a year to assemble the bed.

Thought this was the perfect fan for my needs
No problems encountered finding what I was looking for and at the right price. The fan arrived super quickly, and I was able to get a friend help assemble it. Sadly, it arrived with a cracked fan, and when attached to the power would not work.
Club Catch - Club Dropped
Club Catch is useless. Minimum $45 to get free postage is ridiculous and free postage only applies to the catch orders, not marketplace. They make it difficult to cancel as you have to directly contact, but easy to renew. 2 stars for a refund on an unused month.
Totally happy with it, and it was so easy to assemble!!
Very satisfied with the product, however the transport company delivering messed me around with day of delivery. Looks exactly the same as advertised product and was assembled with no difficulty.
Atrocious Customer Service and Horrendous Experience
Worst ever experience. Never got the correct item I ordered even after 1 month of placing the order. Catch and Marketplace has no concern about their customers. Seller kept giving me a run around for a month with no solution. Will never shop again and will not be recommending it to any of my mates.

Its a great site, but like all things, research the RRP as you can usually find it for a similar price
I've made multiple purchases on Catch and I'm very happy with all of them. The shipping is fast and efficient and the online store is easy to navigate. One thing to watch out for those is some times old or over inflated RRPS. Always do research.

Just tried to purchase a lounge
As i was checking out $86 for delivery ( steep I must say) especially if its over, $500 purchase
Went back and chose a cheaper one and when the checking out it now was $155 delivery costing me more
Why is that .?? Same sofa lounge just different material ??
How do you justify the $70-80 difference?
I bought a Tommy Hilfiger shirt on the boxing day sales and the labels on the shirt are different to ones you buy in Myers etc is it genuine?
