The service we received was excellent, we were undecided on purchasing as we were buying for our new home without a move in date. We were given the option to store the item's until we moved in. The assistance that we were given on the day was fantastic so much product knowledge which helped with our choice's. Delivery was organised and we have since been back to purchase 2 more item's. We are really happy with all our new furniture and loving the new bed.

They had just what we wanted and in our price range as well. Double win for us. Sales assistant was helpful not pushing like some. Delivery was quick and in time frame as arranged. Definitely recommend this business to others.

Good quality furniture on affordable prize.I bought a bedroom set for 1100 AUD from pinewood store which is very cheap and almost half the prize for the same quality product in another well known store.

Me and my partner bought a new bedroom suite from Pine Discount in Kenwick and the lady that served us (I can't remember her name) was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful and wasn't pushy in any way. She threw in 2 free pillows for us which we love! The delivery came 1 day after purchase and was so easy to set up and assemble. I'm extremely impressed with them and we will be back very soon.

We priced many bedroom suites for our son and this store represented the best value for money in town.
We purchased in store and found the sales team to be more than helpful, with availability of each item at 100% we could not have asked for more.

I bought this bed a week ago for my in laws and they loved it.We saw the ad in the flyer and went straight away to the showroom and bought it. Its super solid and heavy.
It was so easy to assemble.We did it in approx 15mins as compared to our other bed bought from another showroom which took the whole night.
We bought a package -queen size bed with 2 side drawers and a Dresser in a very good Eofy deal.
I was amazed to see that Pine discount really had a good range of furniture.Look forward to shop with you guys more.

We went into kelmscott pine warehouse friday 19 may a friendly staff member must have had to meet her weekly budget because we bought a 3x2 and 1x2 lounge.We specially asked if it needed to be put together oh no she said just the legs Wrong! MAYbe this older lady should be better informed

I went to the Kenwick showroom to purchase a bedroom suite for my Daughter. The staff were extremely helpful as I wasn't sure exactly what I was after. Being her very first bed, I wanted to make sure that she was comfortable and safe. After some very helpful advice from the lady serving me, I picked the NIKKI bed suite for my little one and I couldn't be happier.

We opted to have purchased items delivered and found the delivery people very courteous and obliging. Our requests as to where the items were to be placed was completed without any problems. The delivery arrived on the negotiated day with no hold ups. The store staff were very helpful during our purchase as well. Overall these people do know what service means.

We purchased a Victorian Bedroom suite from Pine Discount and couldn't be happier. We were in and out of the store in under 1/2 an hour. The sales staff were well informed and helpful. They assisted us with various options and had all formalities completed in record time. The delivery of our suite was made a day earlier and the the drivers were kind enough to check if it was convenient. Putting the units together was not trouble for my husband and although large and bulky, the suite was packed very well and did not have any scratches on delivery. We would definitely recommend Pine Discount to our friends. Thank you.

We went in store and purchased a few items and selected to have delivery. We got our products in a few days of purchasing and was very pleased with the price we paid. Customer service was excellent.
We will be back in the future for my purchases.
Only down side was the amount of cardboard boxes everything came in that we had to dispose of ourselves.
