I received the TV I ordered from COTD, and when I opened the package I found there was a big crack on the screen. I have submitted the return request online because no phone call service at the moment. Could I get a replacement? Or refund?

I'm a new person to catch and I was just wondering, in no way am I saying anything rude about the company, as I said I'm new and I wanted to buy a few things from the website,
but I just wanted to make sure and ask if the branded products such as Adidas, Calvin Klein, Nike etc. if they are real because I have previously spend a lot of money on lots of clothes and I find out there fake.
I have gotten lots of people telling me about this web and I just wanted to make sure.

As i was checking out $86 for delivery ( steep I must say) especially if its over, $500 purchase
Went back and chose a cheaper one and when the checking out it now was $155 delivery costing me more
