Hi, Ive used Afterpay with catch before and it isnt an option this time. Why? Ive read in another post about store credit. What is this? I use my Afterpay account in the store all the time. Why would this make a difference?

My first order went through smoothly and I got all the products in 2 days. I placed 2 more orders, 1 on 29th Nov and another on 2nd Dec. The status for 1 on 29th is still ordered and didn't get into progress yet while the other one is in progress and not dispatched yet. I need know why it's taking so long??

Hi I bought 5 G3-DW Diffusers they were for gifts have given 3 as presants and 2 of them are not working properly one leaks and the other the red and yellow lights are not working and finding it difficult to get onto the seller thanks for any help.

When I go to payment latitudepay isnt available, all products in the cart are available on latitude and Afterpay but the option doesnt come up. Ive tried on the app and through web browser?

Hi Georgia, the item you are trying to purchase belongs to our marketplace seller. All marketplace products are directly shipped from the sellers warehouse. Some sellers have limited delivery areas hence they are unable to ship Australia wide.

All the items I have bought have been genuine as far as I know. Good quality. The hoses have on order have not arrived yet so cannot comment. If I had a problem I would contact Catch and I am sure they would help you all they could. To N. John,, if you are not sure DON'T BUY THE WATCH. Problem solved.

To be honest I didnt active club catch. You will need to speak /email the Catch customer service about this question.

Not sure there is a problem for the tying. Usually, the online chopping through eBay or Amazon is guarantee for refund if you did not receive the item.

Hi Casius. I have bought from Catch many times and only had one issue which they fixed ASAP with no fuss. Been shopping online for many years over many sites. Not sure about insurance but they do fix any issues. If you pay with Paypal there is also better protection for you. Shop away.
