My sound is not working, the picture is fine

I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product. Is their an external speakers connected to your TV? Have you checked its connections if it weren't loose? Test the TV using another source like a VCR, DVD player or Blu-ray Disc player. Perform a power reset on the TV.

We did use an external speaker but no longer. It’s off and the hdmi is disconnected from the telly.
I tested the telly via a chromecast and still no sound.
I turned it off and I pulled the plug completely out for 10 minutes then turned it back on, still no luck

Have you tried to do a factory reset? To access reset settings, navigate from Settings > Device Preferences > Reset to reset the TV to factory shipping condition.
If the issue still persists, all we can advise is to contact our repairer network. The repairers they use are familiar with these units and can advise on a service fee/assessment and repair cost with a local repairer in your area.

Hi i have problem with my tv atm. red light is on and change to blue when on. it will go black screen and the brand BAUHN shows for less than a second and then it it black screen only?

I recently set up my new Klipsch soundbar to my Bauhn Tv and the sound is working as intended however there is an extremely annoying pop up message that keeps appearing in the left top corner of the screen every 5 seconds saying “ARC device connect” how do I stop this?
Did u fix this I have the same issue if u did how did u do it

Mine is "ARC device connected", and I cannot use my remote to adjust anything, including selecting a menu response, while the message is on screen. BAUHN/ALDI do something!! Fix the software!
can I record to a usb a different channel than the one I atching?
Just unplugged the t.v and the sparks were unreal...plugged it back in and the smoke and smell of burning. Please be carefull people with this product. Lucky i was home or might have been a different story. Just had it over a year now. Anyone else have similar problem?

No, Bauhn 65" 4K smart TV to me, is not so smart. I couldn't use its own control to work with an external STB, or PVR. But it has a 4K capable screen so with an external STB such as T95Z Plus I can use one of its HDMI to playback online good quality pictures. For free View TV, I just connect a PVR to another HDMI. Regrettably, I do need external remote controls for them to work. For home made movies or pictures, I can connect a USB flash drive to the only USB port. For the price, I think its worth it after nearly two years. Hope this help

I have purchased the 65" Bauhn smart tv from aldi was working fine up until this morning when the tv was turned off by remote there is no sound or picture but there is still a faint light that remains on screen. The remote and the manual button on tv is not responding all to turn tv on or off. I changed batteries in remote didn't make any differnce. The signal red light on remote and tv both flicker on and off when i press button but the signal light on tv remains green inficating that tv is still on. Any help?
Pull the plug for 5 minutes. A reset sometimes works.

I did turn tv off at the wall for a while then turned it back on everything seemed to have worked again until I turned it off by remote then it went back to how I previously described. turned tv off at the wall switch again and left it for a moment turned tv back on then turned it off with remote but haven't had a problem since, but I will keep an eye on it. Hopefully this wont become an ongoing problem. You only get a window of 60 days to receive a replacement. Overall we have enjoyed the big screen viewing especially with dvds it dispalys them very well we have been very happy with the tv.
