The picture just jumps out at you!

The brand was an unknown to me and i was a bit hesitant to move away from the big brands. But so glad we did, we turned it on and the picture was so vibrant and alive. Also very well priced.

Perfect Family Upgrade

published

This Tv was the perfect upgrade for our family. Previous we had 55 inch LG. The Smart Tv functions are useful and the brightness is crisp with an element of quality.

Nice clear picture quality. Fairly easy to work out all the bits and pieces. Sound quality isn't on par with picture so ended up buying a soy d bar too.

Don't buy this TV if you want to use it with Foxtel 4K

published

I can play 4K movies through my Chromecast Ultra with no problem but Foxtel 4K has never worked, I just get an error message saying it's not compatible.

A bit of research showed this is a known issue from 2021 but there's no firmware update to fix the problem and Hisense have no idea when it will be fixed.

Great picture but no Disney or binge

published

Love this TV, we have the Samsung Qled in the main lounge room and we find ourselves gravitating to the other lounge room with the Hisense. Not had any issues. The picture is stunning. There is blooming but it's not as bad as other TVs we have owned.
Only issue is there is no Disney or binge.
You can resolve this by getting a fire stick or Chromecast. Or you can just go to the app section go onto the internet and got to Disney and login and bookmark the website for easier access.

Purchased in at Bing Lee for $1,650.

Pretty happy with the specs and performance at the price range. Biggest frustrations around the different speccing between US and AUS models. Especially no android OS - and on the VIDAA 5 OS there is no Binge still!!

Purchased in for $1,530.

Nice in the shop, average at home!

published

Looks nice, sounds pretty good.
No Spotify or Disney, disappointing, back to Amazon fire stick.
No doubt the same applies to ug7 etc.
This is 2021 for crying out loud, not 2015. Sort it out!
Also has a menu glitch where the TV wont go to different modes, just a flickering screen, even after a reset.
Nice TV but still needs fine tuning.
