i have also the same problem with my bowl when i take iberogast its make my body shaking and sleepy no idea !

Hi Thersa, I take this product 3 times a day - 20 drops. All I can say is sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. I tried various ways of taking it and the best way is to take it when your husband has his meals.It is designed to relax the muscles particularly when you go to the toilet afterwards. I tried taking it with water but it made it worse so I just take as it is. Take care

I highly recommend Iberogast, it helps me with all my Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD)
I like to mix it with hot water (taste like herbal tea)

Hi Chloe, In my observation there are couple of big reasons that causes bad breath. Mouth hygiene and stomach disorder. If you are taking care of mouth hygiene well then its reflux or stomach disorders causing it.

Iberogast targets stomach disorder therefore it should help.

Hi Chez and Gaz, I have been taking Iberogast for over a year now and started with one dose of 20 drops in water twice a day. Now I only need to take one dose of 20 drops when I require it. Working within 15 minutes to relieve pain. I have however worked very hard to work on my stomach problems which seem to be caused by food intolerances . I only eat a very small amount at night so my stomach can rest. But Iberogast is a must in my cupboard. Hope this helps Prue

Hi Chrissie, I have found that one dose a day of 20 drops of Iberogast in water has helped me with alternate problems with bowl movements,cramping and bloating . I get relief within 15 mins. Give it a go it is the only product that has helped me .I know each person is different but I haven't found I needed more than one dose a day. Prue

Hi Prue,does this mean I will still get, constipation,cramping & bloating even after having the 20 drops a day of Ibergast? and then if you do get the symptoms take more drops?

Hi curious 101, I'm not a medical person but what you could do is take a list of the herbs that are in Iberogast and research each herb for answers re helping cancer. I do this when trying to find answers to help my self .The product is worth the effort I couldn't be without it. Regards Prue

Hi Cat, to my knowledge it can be taken with antibiotics, the only thing i'm aware of is that it shouldn't be taken with any alcohol related promblems. I have really found it has helped me but I have also addressed cutting out foods that i seemed to be intolerant to . If your problem is IBS look at information about low Fodmap diet.
