Purchased in 2013. Within a few months the lower oven started to whine and screech to the point where we could not hear the TV over the noise, so had to call for service. This is now happening again randomly in 2017. ALSO, all of the painted lettering on the front from around the dials has now completely disintegrated and peeled off, even though special care was taken when cleaning. Now we have little idea what temperature the oven is set to. Since an appliance like this is supposed to last 10-15 years, did Belling not take this into account wh...
