Can't find paperwork for trouble shooting.
For the last few months the indicators to show temp level on induction top flash with an F on all 4 areas of hot plates. Sometimes out of the blue. How do I fix it? Obviously when this happens I can't cook. Gets frustrating.
Help!!!
Hi Tracy.
This issue will require a service call to assess the encoders in the induction hob.
You can continue to reset the top (by turning off at the power, leaving it for a few seconds and then turning back on) however this is a short term solution. If the appliance is still under warranty ie within 24 months of purchase date, please call our office to log a request for warranty service. Alternatively, if outside of warranty we can assist with referring you to your nearest authorised service and spare parts supplier for further advise.

When using the grill my whole room fills with smoke and my alarms go off. The fan blows the smoke out. I have only got a small extractor fan which I need to replace but the amount of smoke that comes out it ridiculous. Has it been connected correctly? or did I buy a dud? I cant find my paperwork with the model on it but it looks like the one in the picture!! sorry... Thank You
I have never had this problem. I still love my Belling. Only problem I have ever had is some noise at times when the fan forced section is used . Sorry I cannot help. Contact Belling.
Is it correct that there is no indicator light on the ceramic cook top, to indicate if hotplates are on or cooling down? Thanks
There is no indicator light. The hotplates glow red when they are on but when turned off, there is no indication that the cooktop is still hot. This is not a problem for me - you just have to be careful. I've had this stove for just over a year now and love everything about it.
I agree you do get use to not having the cool down light.
Further to my previous comment, the cooktop has the word "hot" written on it, but in this model it is not connected and does not light up. It is merely there to remind you that the top gets hot. This could be confusing to anyone viewing the stove in a showroom
