Purchased this year 2018 at the Sydney home show. Useless tool it’s blades are crooked and it doesn’t chop like the one that was used at the show. Don’t waste your money people. Hopefully I can get a refund and they can keep there rubbish.

Bellini Multi Chopper
It won't cut through any vegetables no matter how small you cut them beforehand. The blades bend out of shape and you use all your time fixing them better of use a knife to cut your veggies. I brought this product to help with soups.

Bought a Bellini Multi Chopper
My wife and I bought a Bellini Multi Chopper at the Melbourne home show recently 19/08/2017 and it does not chop anything we had to force it to do the carrots and we gave up. everything we tried, Onions, sweet potato, everything jammed, it was clear this thing is rubbish. Stay away from it. We want our money back.

Awful design!
I hate the design. I mainly used it for shredding zucchini and carrots but am planning to get rid of it since I hate it so much I rarely take it out. I'm looking for a replacement. It takes so much force to push through and some of the shreds were jamming it. Worst design ever. Buy the one that has the blade at the top and shreds down and not shredding to a 90 degree angle.

Good while it lasted, but it didn't last!
We received this as a gift from someone who absolutely loved theirs. It was mainly used to grate cheese though I used a couple of the attachments other than the grater a few times for coleslaw and it really did make a fast job of that, but it just didn't last. First the plastic casing of the grater barrel cracked in one place, then another, and just as it was finally falling apart the motor itself started making funny noises then stopped working. I reckon it lasted no more than 6 months being used 3 or 4 times a week. It may be better for grating harder things like nuts or chilled chocolate on a less frequent basis, but not cheese so often. I'd like to replace it, but not with another Bellini.

Terrible product, Worse support.
The Blades on ours bent within a week of use. And this while just cutting onions.
Would be a good product if it worked, sadly this isn't the panacea, It doesn't work.
They claim a warranty but when you contact the company they don't respond for months.
Stay away, Better off spending the money buying some good knives. We bought one for us and one as a gift for a friend, ended up throwing both away.
Looked well designed, but was poorly built.
Blades bent on two units, on very light use, Pathetic support

Bellini Presto Chopper - saves my fingers !
I recently purchased a Bellini Presto Food Chopper as I kept cutting myself on super sharp manual graters for making coleslaws . I used the chopper several times and made some excellent slaws, then I lost the drum fastener probably when I was washing it up .The manufacturers were most helpful and I had a replacement drum fastener in 3 days no less, excellent service
Saves my figers, its not complicated, good looking
easy to looose the drum fastener, be warned

Chopped About 10 things, then Failed
brought this about 2 weeks ago, and now its broken. i was cutting onions, then something went crack, and the main crank bit has bent slightly, so now it makes a loud crunch noise whenever i use it. thought id buy the more expensive one to get better "quality" but this is a joke, never buying bellini again.

Both myself and a friend recently purchased a Bellini Chopper from the Hobart home renovation show in May of this year.
After we both used to chop we both had issues with the large blade going off centre and therefore bending the blades and cutting the guide.
So we are both now unable to use the chopper as it will not cut correctly and blades catch on the guide.
can you advise is we can have this replaced or refunded as we are unable to use them and they are barley a month old.
If you need to contact myself please let me know in your reply.

Have you contacted Bellini directly? Surely if you kept your purchase receipts from the Home Show Bellini would honour the warranty as you obviously can't take them back to the store? Try calling them.
I found this on their website: http://www.belliniappliances.com.au/electrical/partsservice.aspx
"Bellini small electrical appliances carry a 1 Year Replacement Warranty.
Warranty is at the discretion of Target and can only be redeemed at Target.
For technical queries, please contact – 1300 373 199."
