this is a brilliant cream to use on any kind of rash, including nappy rash but it is as good for adults as it is for babies, a tube of this should may be in every ones bath room
if your skin is feeling irritated, scaly, swollen or if you have any kind of rash or itchy skin condition this cream seems to fix it up a treat in no time at all. It is made from very safe, trusted ingredients that have been around since grand mother's day
i can not think of a single thing to write here

This is the BEST thing for nappy rash. I tried other zinc creams and everything - this is the only thing that works
its the ONLY thing to cure really bad nappy rash, my first daughter had such bad nappy rash that she had weeping blisters and would cry at the sight of a nappy - this cleared it up really fast

I first used this product on myself before I had children as it was recommended to me for healing up chafe really fast. When I had children and they developed nappy rash I applied this product and found it to clear up the nappy rash almost overnight, It has instant results within 24 hours. Apart from that if applied daily it is an excellent barrier cream that will stop nappy rash and chafe in the first place. I know from my own use that it is also really soothing and the perfect remedy for really sore rashes.
It works fast to heal up nappy rash and chafed up skin. It is soothing and reduces redness. It is an excellnt barrier cream also.
It is a bit expensive but worth every cent.

This is the best nappy cream ever. It is not messy for you or baby and after trying a lot of other creams I will be sticking to this one. It will clear up any nappy rash and after using it, by the next change babies bottom is back to normal. It is amazing stuff and the tube is easy to handle even with a wriggly baby. There are two sizes and I always make sure I have some in my bag.
It works to heal and protect and you can't beat that. A tube lasts for a long time.

This product clears up nappy rashes very quickly. It can be used for a number of skin problems also so it's always great to have a tube of it laying around the house. It would be a bit better if it didn't have the screw top lid that my child likes to try to get hold of to put in her mouth. I would recommend this product as a treatment for nappy rash. It also works well in preventing rashes re-occuring.
Clears up rashes very quickly.
Screw top lid that bubs likes to try to put in mouth

Have been using this cream before bub was born. Is also great for sore nipples and other skin problems. rashes etc. Love the product but if its too costly, would maybe recommend cheaper products that do te same thing. Excellent product. Highly recommended.
Great for babies rash, no oily residue and cleans up the rash quite quickly. You can use this cream for ANY skin problem and comes in VERY handy around the house
There are some other nappy rash creams that do the same thing for less cost. Product is expensive for the tiny tubes you get

We initially used this to soothe a rash on our baby's face which worked quickly in reducing the redness and restoring the skin. And now we also use when he gets a nappy rash. Such a useful cream, if only it came in a flip top lid.
It works in soothing bubs rash. Smooth formula without residue.
Has a screw lid which is difficult to undo with one hand.

overall, i'm happy with this product. we haven't had to use it too much, but it has helped with the few occassions we've had bad nappy rash. it doesn't have a yucky smell which is great.... could have a nice smell to make it more appealing i s'pose, but it does the job its meant to and thats the main thing. hubby swears by it for his tatoos as well.
has been great at reducing bubs nappy rash, like that it sinks straight into the skin so leaves no residue on him.
flip lid would be better.... a twist off cap means two hands.... bub has time to roll over and away from me.... frustrating....

I bought this after reading reviews on the net, from mums who had luck treating nappy rash and I am happy I did because it did sooth my baby when he had painful nappy rash, and seemed to heal it much quicker than the product I was using (sudocream).
Healed my baby's painful nappy rash
Doesn't irritate his skin
Nice creamy glide on product
Nice soft fragrance
Not messy to apply as it comes in a tube.
I run out of this quickly, feel I need to put a fair amount of it on so perhaps it's a little costly for that reason compared to the sudocream i use.

Overall I love this product. It was suggested to me when I got my first tattoo, and I have continued to keep it stocked in my house 10 years later for all things including using it on very chapped lips. It soaks into my babys skin without leaving a yucky looking residue and leaves the skin incredibly soft.
This product is fantastic. I have been using it in my house hold for years. it go's onto the skin easily and wipes off when wanted.
unscrewing the cap on the tube is a pain, a flip top loke toothpaste would be a better design

Ive found Bepanthen is the best for nappy rash its also a brilliant antiseptic cream. I apply Bepanthen after a tattoo it sooths your skin and keeps it moist most tattoo artists recomend Bepanthen .You only need a small amount and the tube lasts a long time you can find Bepanthen in most supermarkets costing under $10.00 for a large tube.Bepanthen is not just another nappy rash cream it has many uses it keeps skin germ free, moisturised, protected and i wouldnt use anything else. JUST A FANTASTIC PRODUCT
I always have a tube of Bepanthen in my medicine drew its fantastic for bubs nappy rash .

I can't see why not, just don't go out in the sun with it on as it may help sunburn you because of the oil content.
If you really want something for dry skin buy Coles Aloe Vera Gel with Green tea and for an excellent skin repair buy 'JERGENS Ultra Healing Moisturiser' from Woolworths, they are both brilliant products.

Thanks Lyn for your reply. I will give the cream a try and the other two that you mentioned sound really good also.
