Bepanthen has been fantastic for us and I have happily recommended it to many people. Even when the redness/rash was due to food allergy, it made a significant reduction in the redness.
Very effective. Smells fine. Smooths on easily (not too thick). Lots of recommendations from friends. Trusted brand. We got a little sample tube in our bounty bag with bub arrived. Available at the supermarket.
Only seems to be available in a very large tube. (fine for home, not so good for nappy bag). Because it is in a metal tube, where the tube is bent often has developed cracks. We have only used a small portion of the tube (it lasts ages!) but might have to throw it out?!

I think this cream works really well. It does seem to improve nappy rash in a matter of hours. I like to use it overnight also, even if there is no rash, as it seems to create a nice moisture proof barrier to protect bubs bottom.
As another reviewer stated, I have also heard that it is used to heal tattoos. A friend swears by it, and apparently tattooists recommend it to customers. Must be very healing!

I love bephanthem it is so versatile from using it on babys dry skin and nappy rash to using it on adults tattoos and chaffing this is definetly a product to have in the medicine cabinet and a little bit of cream really does go along way.I my expirence within hours of using this product on my sons nappy rash there was a hi=uge improvement comparing with alot of other products that i have found take days to see a result.

Bepanthen is the best product available preventing and soothing nappy rash in my opinion. Even though it is also the dearest product available it goes a long way as you only apply it sparingly at each nappy change. The price is a factor for me and I only use Bepanthen on my baby when he is getting more irritation than normal. A 100 gram tube lasts about a week when applied at every nappy change.

No real issues though a lower price wouldn't hurt.

I like this product and it does really work when your baby has a nappy rash. I have used it off and on over the past year or so and it is very easy to apply and use. It has a nice feel and texture about it. A bigger packet size would be an improvement.

This is a great nappy rash treatment and the tube lasts for ages. My son is 19mths old and we are still on the same one we bought for when he was born - and he gets signs of nappy rash every couple of weeks because of his sensitive skin.
This is one of my favourite nappy rash creams as it is so loght to put on and doesn't leave a big sticky mess. It also doesn't leave a think cream to clean off on the next nappy change so baby is more comfortable at nappy changes.
There is nothing i dislike about this product

Overall this is an ideal way to treat and also prevent nappy rash, It's texture is wonderful and smooth and easy to apply. It doesn't cake onto the nappy either which some do. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the product and it's effectiveness. This is a product that actually works.
I love Bepanthen ointment. It's antibacterial properties mean that it stops the infection that can be caused from nappy rash before it starts. It's very easy to apply without that gluey feel on the skin and it's extremely soothing.
The smell could be more pleasant

A effective cream, not too thick and easy to spread. We changed to a different brand because of the tube spliting but miss the consistency of this cream.

i found this ointment to work really well both for nappy rash and tattoos. When i got my tattoo i used this cream every day and i had no problems with scabbing, whereas my friends that didnt use it had problems. It is relatively cheap and smells quite nice, i use this for my babys nappy rash and find it to work alot better than some other brands i have used, it is a great barrier and good to use for alot of other things like scratches.

This product is easy to find in just about any supermarket or chemist. It works really well and it smells nice. It rubs into the skin and doesn't leave any residue. It helps with nappy rash but seems to take a little while to actually work - maybe a couple of days. But it is a good product and we will definitely keep buying it. Can be used for things other than nappy rash - rashes on arms and legs from dry skin and carpet rash.

Great for clearing up bubs nappy rash and also helps prevent further nappy rash. And it also actually works. Is great smelling unlike some other nappy rash creams out there. The only problem with it is that its relly hard to get out of the tube when your trying to change bubs nappy and also if the weather has been cold it makes it almost impossible to squeeze out. For that reason it was too hard for me to keep using bepanthen and now my brother uses it for his tattoos.

Bepanthen is one of those products that has been around for many years now and is still a trusted favourite among many parents. My childrren are 2 and 6 years of age and we still have a tube of bepanthen in the bathroom for those things that are necessary. Currently my 6 year old has a genital rash and Bepanthen has come to the rescue once again with is usefulness and effectiveness. I think I will have a tube of it int he bathroom until the day I die. I absolutely love the smell of it too.

Bepanthen is the one nappy cream I am happy to recommend to people (Which I do constantly because I believe in the product). Every time our children has a red bottom, I use bepanthen and the relief is evident straight away with the differences in their crying. A few hours later the redness is very dull, if not alreayd gone. Therefore I very much recommend bepanthen to ANYONE with babies. It even helps on mozzie bites.
You can buy it almost anywhere, it is cost effective, easy to apply, doesnt smell bad and IT WORKS.
I have used bepanthen on all three of my children and never once had a complaint that it didnt work!

Great stuff! This is one of those creams that does the job just like magic. A little goes a long way and it clears up nappy rash in less than 24 hours, in our experience. As another reviewer wrote, it's also great for other spots, not just bub's bottom. I use it on the cracked skin he sometimes gets behind his ears and under his arms. I thoroughly recommend it.

Tubes are sometimes a little fiddly. Tubs/pots are better when your hands are full.

I use this on a multitude of things. I start when my children are babies and use it on any skin that looks irritated, particularly on their bottom. I use it when the skin on my hands is dry. I use it on mild scrapes for my older children. I love that it can be purchased at the supermarket.

This stuff rocks. It is a super cream that fixes so many different baby (and big people) skin associated issues. And it even smells ok (nice change for a nappy cream). We always have a few tubes on the go - one especially for the nappy change and another for the rest of the bod.

This is a great product to have not only in your baby nappy change kit, but in your medicine cabinet or first aid kit. I use it when my son has nappy rash and it seems to clear by the next day and get rid of the redness. I also rub some on his folds of skin that get irritated from moisture and also dryness and clears it up the next day. My son has not had any reactions to this product which is why I use it on the rest of the family if they have any cuts or wounds. I have also noticed tatoo parlours recommend using this product for new tattoo care.
