For many months, I had been suffering "lie down and cry" back pain, for which I was taking a prescribed NSAID. I asked my very conservative Doctor, who checked the ingredients and approved. Initially, I took 3 tablets with meals but eventually cut that down to 2. I assumed I would be taking them forever, but have now been pain-free for 2 weeks without them! Perhaps this is because I was on holidays therefore relaxed and my pain may return but I am confident I can resume and all will be well. For those with budget constraints, 3 tablets per day costs over $2, but they are well worth it and you may be able to cut down/cease. I feel they are a much better alternative to NSAIDs.
