I've recently tried to x50 green tea energy drink in mango flavour. It tastes amazing and really helps me get through the day and also with weight loss. There has been proven results that this product and many others with green tea are making people sick. Really sick. Hey!
The product tasted amazing, but about 5 minutes after I had to vomit... I usually drink a lot of caffeine and I’m fine. Are they bad to have on an empty stomach?

Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi Monique,
Thanks for your message, I'm so sorry about your experience!
It is commonly advised not to consume green tea on an empty stomach as it may cause gut discomfort but we have not received this feedback before about the X50 Green Tea sachets.
It is generally recommended to drink the Green Tea Sachets after a meal to avoid discomfort but it is always safer to talk to your health practitioner for personal advice prior to trying it again, just in case!
We're so happy you liked the taste though.
All the best and please keep up updated :)
X50 Team
I can't drink it on an empty stomach as it makes me nauseous/sick too.
You should try Red Tea over green. There are many health benefits to drinking the Red Tea. Including removing toxins, Please read more about it here.

Ensure you are exercising and maintaining a healthy diet. Drink Green Tea X50 with your breakfast and lunch for the best results. It's also better to avoid caffeine in the evening as it could affect your sleeping patterns.
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi Dhaliwal, thanks for your enquiry!
We suggest that you use Green Tea X50 in the morning, as well as around lunch time. Pairing this with a healthy diet, and exercise regime, you will start to see results :) The green tea helps kick start your metabolism, and is full of antioxidants!
It is essential that you stop drinking the tea if you feel weird, as with anything new, also you should get a blood test from your doctor, just to make sure your in good health, and then resume if alls ok,

Hi, I have been drinking X-50 for weeks now and love it. Friends recently tried one of my sachets and said that they read up online to find that the sachets cause heart attacks and I am to stop taking. I cannot find this on the net anywhere, but they said that having one of these drinks is as bad as having a red bull. Can you please help me give them an answer?
1 answer
I suggest you go to your local doctor, have a blood test and he/she will be able to tell you if all your organs are in good nick. Ask your friend to show you the website they read the news from. I regulary have blood tests to make sure all well with my body, especially trying new things. take a sachet of tea with you and show them, they can tell you if green tea is good or not. I hope this helps.

Hi. I'm curious whether your product would break a fast. I'm currently doing a 20 and 4 fast but have one of your tropical green teas to help with the lack of sweet options within my feast period.

Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi thanks for your question. Each of the sachets has calories, so technically it is breaking the fast. However consult with your coach or the person assisting you in implementing the 20 and 4.

Do i need to drink it everyday or can i leave it some days when im not excersising ?

Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi Georgia, thanks for your enquiry! For best results, this product should be consumed twice per day (one in the morning and the other around lunch time) each day.
I drink it 3 times a day with a little honey, but it is really up to you, what makes you feel good.

As a breastfeeding mother, is it safe to consume x50 green tea + resveratrol antioxidant energy drink or is it best to avoid? Asking due to recieving a free box with my protein powder order this month.

It is best to avoid or all the toxins you are getting rid of are going into your baby, When you finish breastfeeding then continue your detox.

Thank you for your enquiry. We would suggest that you seek medical advice from your GP prior to consumption as each individual case it varied.

Morning,
I’ve been having this for 5 days now, first our supplier shipped us the coffee with the BB date of 4 months ago. Would this still be ok to drink? Also, I am all of a sudden constipated but my partner is fine! I understand everyone is different and I read up the top that it can be one of the symptoms of detoxing
4 answers
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi Matthew, best before dates are implemented as a measure for when the product should be used before. It is at your own discretion should you wish to consume after this date.
What about the detoxing symptoms. Is this normal and does it fade?
I have found that most products that are out of date are generally ok. except for meat and dairy, iif its less than 3 months I wouldn't be fussed. Also everyone is different, maybe just for a few mornings try hot water with a slice of lemon iin it, as I find this helps me to combat constipation. I do hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Is it to take X50 while you are fasting or does it give you a insulin spike? Thanks Ronny
1 answer
Loren C.Tribeca Health
Hi Ronny, thanks for your message. When fasting, it is dependent on your coach/plan. There is no sugar in this product, so it shouldn't give you an insulin spike (it is all naturally sweetened) however, there are varying valorizes per serve for each of the flavours.

Your product has 20 times the antioxidants (Polyphenol content) of a standard cup of green tea. What is the level of Polyphenol content in mg per serve? When I search for the amount of Polyphenol in a cup of green tea I get different answers depending on the website. Interested to know the actual level.

Hi Jimmy, this is not my product, it is a product that I use and like. Your answer is probably better directed to the company. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
