Great product
I first used the rug stick for heavy traffic areas in my home and found it did such a great job i did the whole room. I love the convenience of having it readily available for spills etc. I have since recommended it to several friends and relatives who have also found it to be a great product. Great price and good product.

A bit of a supprise & disapointment
The box comes with a collapsible broom with a trail pack. It looks the treat but does It work?I've tried several different can cleaning products and they fail.
You push down on the rod to expel foam, which, is quite useless as you need to drag it towards you. I think it's a binding agent for particles but I didn't get a deep scrub until I used the scrubbing side which appear to soak my carpet.

Read moret around an 8x8m area. Verdict? It's a good idea, but, it fails to deliver on price. It's well designed but I think the foam really needs batter work. I think you need to develop one for different carpets, as a all in one solution doesn't work. What worked for me was Karpet powder (Colgate), which is a granular type product. This actually works better than anything I've seen and used. Nice designed brush with pull apart rod. The foam, it is useless.

Anything from a can is not going to be as good as steam cleaning...
Cleaned the loungeroom rug this morning with the Bissell Rug Stick pack that we purchased a few months ago.
The whole shooting match was easy enough to assemble together and the can went in easily enough, noticed on the can that it said 'trial pack'.
We proceeded to apply the foam onto a wool rug thats about 5' wide x 7' long and it barely made it half way to my honest disgust... So we had to apply the foam by hand and by the brush to the rest of the rug which was a messy job - but we made it happen.

Read morend vacumed the residue off and lone behold it actually works, made the carpet feel clean, look noticeably cleaner and smelt much better! Will be getting a larger refill and giving it another go in a few months time and see how that works? However paying $$$ for getting a carpet cleaner in to clean one or two rugs isnt worth it, and the overall outcome of using canned sprays and applications is ever only going to be so good! Its never like a professional steam cleaning outcome, so I guess you got to accept the belief that its only as good as the marketing on the box of the product. Easy to put together and apply, cheap enough to buy and cheap refills 'Trial can' didnt go far enough to clean small rug...
Great value
Very cheap. Made my rug looks, smells and feels clean. This product is ideal dfor rugs. Uses a lot less product than spraying the product all over the carpet from the can. You would not expect this product to do the same as a steam cleaner as it just uses foam. The refill cleaning product can be brought from the supermarket for $8.99. Ths is a great quick fix! Great for baby sick marks! I am going to recommend this product to my whole family!

Very Disappointing
Came across this at Coles, thought to myself wow what a great idea. That quickly changed when I attempted to use it. The liquid simply doesn't come out, furthermore its meant to foam up. I found that I had to push my foot on the can to force the liquid to disperse. Poorly designed! To top it all off the layer is so small it will foam on the top and when you go to brush it the foam doesn't sink in to the carpet but instead ends up all over the device and sits on top so really it doesn't clean your rug but lets of a pleasant scent that makes you think your carpets have been cleaned! Very disappointed.

Disappointing
My review is strangely virtually the same as the person above. Saw it in Coles thought "fantastic!" bought it and then tried to use it. Absolutely pathetic the foam barely comes out. Very very poor and for the price this is just disgraceful. I'm surprised they even sell refills as no one in the right mind would attempt to use this again!

Foam simply does not come out
I found it easy to use and the foam canister worked fine for me. I have used it for over 12 months now and have never had a problem with it. The canister was more than enough to do my very large rugs it depends on how you apply it

I think the foam is great it has worked on all our rugs even the expensive ones and not damaged them in any way. I am now having the problem of finding the foam canisters at my local supermarket
