Would buy again in a heartbeat
I deliberated on this cot for a little while before deciding to buy it so I thought I would share my thoughts for anyone else in the same position.
My baby is still only 10 weeks old but this has been one of the best purchases. It's the perfect size for our townhouse and the wheels make it easy for us to move from her room to ours at bedtime. ot into her room next door for her day naps. With the cot itself, at 10wks old our daughter only takes up half the cot length, so there's still plenty of room for her to grow. The base comes at two heights and we are currently using the higher height but as she gets older and starts sitting and pulling herself up we will drop it down. She is on the smaller side (15 percentile) so I'd say she will be able to stay in the cot until she is about 16mths and then I'm hoping we can transition her straight into a single bed. I am impressed with the quality of the cot. One of the things that sold me on this cot over others was that it is made from solid wood rather than MDF particle board, which I feel is safer if baby starts chomping away at the sides. I got the cot in natural wood - it looks great and my joiner even commented on the quality of the beech and the design. A couple of other pluses - the cot comes assembled (except for wheels) and folds up compact for storage. While this is on the pricier side for a bassinet, the fact that we will likely be able to use this as a cot until my daughter is over 1 year old represents good value to me. I also saved on mattress and bedding - While Bloom sell matching mattress and sheets I opted to get a piece of foam cut to size from Clark's Rubber (has Red Nose endorsement). I did purchase the matching Bloom mattress protector as I liked the design and fabric but instead of the Bloom sheet, I just purchased a range of 1.5m fabric from Spotlight in linen and cotton to use as flat sheets. Those more handy and motivated than me could sew edges but it's not really necessary as fabric folds away under mattress neatly. I would buy this cot again in a heartbeat.Similar opinion? Love this!
Baby had grown out of his bassinet and the cot didnt fit into our bedroom so this is the perfect compromise. Its solid, and works perfectly. Makes great use of space. Got it second had because couldnt justify the price, but it's so much easier than the bassinet

Perfect for our small apartment!
Perfect for our baby up until 9 months (she's quite small for her age).
We ended up taking it on trips with us as it is so much easier to use than our porta cot.
Only issue is that its hard to roll on carpet if you try to put your baby asleep by rocking.

Perfect for small house
This cot was a lifesaver in our tiny house. It looked fantastic and we were able to wheel it into different rooms depending on nap time or night time. We are using it for our second child and again we are able to wheel into our room if baby is sick or leave in children's room. Only draw back is that it is really only for baby - 1.5 year olds. I don't think a 3 year could possibly sleep in it.

Perfect for room sharing
We wanted to continue to room share with our 4 month old but he had outgrown the bassinet and we couldn't fit a full sized cot in our room. This has been a great compromise! My only criticisms are that it's very expensive and that there is no drop side (though this means the whole thing can be folded up).

Good
Love this cot! It has been great instead of a bassinet and travel cot. It is heavy to travel with, but once set up (easily done) it is much more sturdy than a traditional travel cot. It also has a high level for when baby is not yet sitting - great for saving back and after c section. On road trips we use as a luggage trolley at our destinations and it folds up quite well in the back of our Golf car.

dn't have bought it for full price. Also it is small. Bloom have same cot in a newly released, larger version that may last longer. Find it good though that the narrow width doesn't allow her to roll in bed. As this would worry me. Have read the cot is supposed to last between one and two years of age. But a bit dubious of this. Would think that you would need another cot in between this and a toddler bed. Aesthetic design. Wheels. Can travel with it on road trips. Two levels for pre and post sitting baby.
