One of the best sustain release blends out there! taste is A-grade. quality is A-grade
It's a protein blend which is great for me as it means i get my protein throughout the day over a long period. Excellent taste.
A great trick i learnt was to mix it with a tiny amount of water and then leave it in the fridge for a little while. The protein turns into a thick moose which tastes excellent particularly in the chocolate flavour!
I use to put the moose on my weetbix in the morning and that was a pretty good way to get my protein into me.
Had it recommended to me at a shop.
