Convenient and colourful
I’ve only bought a few of these suits but what I love is the built in mittten and foot coverings. The designs are pretty out there, and it would be nice if they had some neutral designs. I’d also love to see a layering chart on the packaging to know what temperature suits a wonder suit +- singlet etc similar to what sleeping swaddles have. I think their prices are too high and should be more around the $20 mark.

Hand openings way too tight
I love bonds babysuits as they are great for bed and don't bunch up when holding baby. I do want to mention though that the hand openings are way to small and tight. My husband and I worry all the time that we are going to bend his fingers trying to get his hands through. I also agree that the leg is also too tight.. again really needing to bend to get it in. We sized up because of this but it didnt make much difference to the problem
Purchased in April 2021.
Poor quality fabric
The fabric is very thin. It is actually hard to change infant without moving them so much because it's hard to get leg out from non zipper side with stretching the wondersuits alot.
Wondersuit offer no tog rating either. I bought 10 of them thinking it would be good for winter PJs but without ratings I have had to buy longsleeve body suits to put underneath costing me more money.

Must have
The only thing my baby wore the first 6 months as she had eczema. The suits are made from cotton which meant they were perfect for her sensitive skin. The foldable mittens were great to stop her from itching herself and had that added safety feature of being able to have the mittens on while sleeping (you can’t leave normal mittens not attached to suit on as baby could choke on them). Baby hated being changed and the double zip, still, at 9 months, is an absolute life saver.
PROS:
- double zip
- foldable mittens and socks
- cute unisex prints
- bonds usually does a 40% off sale (yay)
- cotton
CONS:...
Read more- they do fade and get holes (eventually) - I felt the leg portion was quite short? Like the suit still fit my baby but I couldn’t make use of the sock portion at some point, but sizing up would mean the suit is very big - short sleeve version with shorts is not double zip A staple for my baby.
Purchased in December 2020 at Bonds for $13.77.

Good suits but colour fades horribly
These suits are only good because of the convenient top to toe zip. The fabric/design is clearly poor quality because the colours fade really badly after just a couple of washes (and baby clothes need washed a lot). Honestly after two washes they look old and washed out, nothing like they did when you first buy them. Don't be fooled by their cute designs and colours, they don't last! There are plenty of other stores/online retailers that do zip onesies with much better fabrics.

Good but don’t understand the hype over them
So I purchased some bonds zippys when they were on sale after many people said how good they were. I think they are quite thin and seem to fade a fair bit after washing them. They also seem to bunch up a bit when Bub is sitting down on the zip. They’re not bad but I think I will only ever purchase again If they have a good sale.
Purchased in March 2020 at Bonds for $15.
Discolouration after 2 washes
Pre washed onesie before bubs wore it, bubs wore once, washed second time, colour faded/discoloured on both arm cuffs and 1 foot cuff, no other fading/discolouration anywhere else to onesie. Told bonds how item was washed sent in and was told I must of bleached it and wasnt a fault in product (cold water wash, lux soap, 1/4 scoop napisan varnish(for colours)) All bubs items are washed the same way together and this is the only bonds item we have that its happened to. Bonds have refused to replace there item. Im happy to spend my $$ on other brands that this doesnt happen to after 2 washes! Cant return to big w without a receipt, will post pictures once item has been returned by bonds!

Terrific design, an excellent staple... and Bonds is ethical!
A friend gifted me with a Bonds Zip Wondersuit when I was pregnant, saying that she found it was the most practical onesie for her now 4 yo. Six months later, when Baby was able to fit into the Wondersuit, I texted her: she was right. I stocked up on five or six more.
Pros
Design. Features a strong, quality two way zip for easy nappy changes, plus fold-over hands AND feet. The feet I found were a great advantage: when Baby was a bit too small for the onesie, I was able to roll up the legs and simply pop socks on. No more attached booties flop...
Read moreping at the ends of the legs. The material is nice and stretchy as well, and is comfy for Baby. Fit is a little big for my bubba, which means there's a bit more room to grow (and more wear) out of each Wondersuit. Patterns. There is a HUGE range to suit everyone's taste, from the more subtle and traditional pastel stripes to bold and colourful animals. Affordable. Wondersuits retail at $24.95, which is already reasonable. When they have their (regular) 40% off sales, you can pick up a Wondersuit at under $15. A steal!Purchased in June 2022 at Bonds for $14.97.

Versatile & Great
we really like how the feet and hands can be folded over or left open. BONDS seem to always fit a little bigger too which is good for us because our baby is very long.

Not happy with what I purchase. didn’t think good brand have this kind of cloths as well. I bought a shorts for my child after one wash colour was light and it’s look like very old short .

Perfect for baby
Wonder suits are always the perfect fit. Versatile hand/feet options. Just the right amount of thickness in the fabric. Awesome and colourful designs. Easy to put on and off baby. Two way zip makes nappy changing easy. Baby always looks extremely cute and comfy in bonds wonder suits. Good for day or night.

Simply One piece suit
OMG! It is really handy when I go put with my 5month old boy. Unlike other brand..the other brand has only one zip most of them. It means that, I need to take him off all whenever I change nappy. Bonds which has 2 zippers mean, one dress but can open only bottom. Moreover the feeling..nice and clean in&out bothside.
Other brand specially, more cpzy warm material alsp not that bad till I found that all kinds of Character patch's backside...It is scratching my boy's soft skin.
Moreover! the socks part! Dont need socks separately cuzs can cover the ends with extra sleeves when it is require~
Nice product just want to see more design though~very few options to pick ~
Cheers

Bonds Addict!
After slowly collecting Bonds baby wondersuits (aka. zippys) during my pregnancy and then quickly becoming obsessed with them when my son was born, I have a big collection of them now. Especially during winter, they are all my son wears as they are so accommodating and warm, even fitting easily over his cloth nappy bum. I adore Bonds baby clothing as they are of extremely high quality and come in many different designs, prints and colours.

Poor Quality
I have already sewn up one brand new zippy before my baby got to ever wear it.
Very thin material and stitching is of poor quality.
Bonds sizing doesn't seem to be consistent with other stores sizing. eg3-6 m 00 from Bonds is so much larger than Target, Big W, Cotton On, Aldi etc.
Bonds is not worth the price tag and similar outfits from Cotton on and Aldi have lasted so much longer than Bonds.
Questions & Answers
We bought one of the wonder suits and it said it had hand and feet cuffs...but when we got it, it only had the feet cuffs. Do larger sizes only have feet cuffs? My baby is 6 months, we accidentally got the wrong size, 12-18 months and I'm thinking about keeping it, she'll grow into it. But if I try and buy the right size, will it have both hand and feet cuffs? She really scratches her face up, so I NEED the hand cuffs!
Super cute by the way!
Up to size 0 definitely have both hands and feet covers. By that stage you won’t worry about hand covers much - unless you have really cold nights!
My daughter is disabled and have been trying to find baby grows for 2 to 3 years and come across the wondersuits are they any good for older children?
I hated the Bonds zippies when my daughter was a baby. Now she's almost 3 they're a better fit. She's almost 3 and wearing a size 2.
If she is in nappies they will be fine. Once toilet trained they become a bit tricky.
Advantages of bonds wonder suit is that you don’t have to worry about tummy/back being uncovered when they kick off blanket and they have plenty of stretch when getting on and off but can be tricky if your toddler doesn’t like to sit still!
