We purchased the cleaner in July 2017 as a replacement for our Bosch 2000 proanimal. The problem is that the brush roller is loosing power and is not turning, even on short pile carpet at maximum clearance. The problem has been getting worse and worse despite my having to remove roller every time I use it and cleaning the whole turbo nozzle as best as I am able. It is only recently that I have noticed the viewing window and the roller often not turning at all. It seems spins freely when not under load, not touching the floor.
This is not the first time I've raised this subject.
