We used Budget Removals for the relocation of a antique piano from Scarborough to Beckenham and thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the guys who were tasked to assist us, the experience was hassle/stress free. The guys were completely on top of all the issues involved in moving such old and valuable item. I have no hesitations in recommending Budget Removals and would happily use them again in the future.

I had my move booked in for 1 day... however it appears I have a lot of stuff as I haven't moved in 8 years!
The Guys at Budget were very patient and understanding and made a way for me to use their services the following day ensuring my move was completed. Eammon and Jack were very polite and hardworking, a credit to Budget. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and use them again.

I had Budget Removals move my gear into their storage facility for a short time and am very happy with their service. I commend the staff as they have been very accommodating to my needs and assisted me wherever possible (good old fashioned service). I have used them prior and will use them again.

I used this company in April 2015 and I authorized the agreed amount written on the form but they charged me $300 more than what was agreed and when I contacted them couple of times via phone calls and emails, I couldn’t get a refund of the extra amount.
When they moved my stuff into the new house they damaged the exterior wall with the sofa and when I contacted their supervisor he said I have to come and inspect the damage to make sure it was not there from previous tenants, he came and confirmed that this is a new damage. He apologized and said he will arrange for a trade to come and fix it. But as of today 5/10/15 no one came and I ended up to do it myself and pay $385 for it to get fixed.
I strongly recommend to avoid this company.

I had a 4 bedroom house move done yesterday from Perth to Busselton by Matt and Michael from budget removals.the guys worked hard all day,every aspect of the job was done with care and professionalism .

Very professional manner in handling inquiries; phone and in person. My belongings were all handled with care, which is much better than most other removalist companies. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Totally agree with the comments of the reviewer on 11 Jan – just wish I read them before I contacted Budget Removals! Like that reviewer I had no inspection before they provided a quote – it was a simple job with only 4 big items (fridge, cabinet, 1 bed and 2 seater lounge) and some smaller ones going about 5 kms away. They said 2 hours but I wound up being charged for 4 hours for 2 guys.

This company does not inspect your home before providing a quote. They underquote to get the work and then take twice as long to complete the job. In our case the estimate was two men for 6 to 8 hours. The job was finally completed by 3 men in 13 hours. The work was painfully slow. My family and I have moved many times in many parts of the world and I have never experienced a move as drawn out and as unprofessional as this. The extra mover costs over $50/hour and we are expected to pay while they have tea and lunch breaks and even for the trave...

Please please consider using another removalist that does not use sub-contractors, don't throw or drop belongings, one that assesses what they are moving before moving it so that it doesn't get damaged/bent/fall apart/scraped/fall etc, are professional, not late, are professional and have some kind of customer service.
