So many flaws

published

Sadly I regret purchasing this expensive pram. It has so many flaws. Every function requires two hands - from adjusting the seat, accessing the basket and putting on the break. The seat is so low you can’t access the basket (which is small and awkwardly shaped) or see your bub while walking (When using the canopy). The breezy sun canopy is useless it lets so much sun in from all angles. It’s bulky and needs to be taken apart in two pieces. It only has 3 seat settings where as other prams have 5. The hand break requires two hands to release otherwise it will forcefully snap back against your nuckles/hand (very painful!!). Don’t waste your money.

I love my pram! It’s so Good and convenient, would not swap prams for no one! Worth the money 100%, I’m excited to get a new one next time round, I love how you can buy parts separate makes replacing parts super easy and not to expensive which is good.

Over rated?

published

It looked very good so I had to buy one. Everyone told me it was the best. I admit it’s a smooth ride, but it’s heavy, doesn’t fit in my car, the sun canalopy is useless. I had to buy another pram. I found the additional accessories were expensive, so I never bothered to buy them.

Great Pram but not perfect

published

This pram is great, very study and durable. Baby enjoy sitting it there. It is a must, not to bulky. It is manageable when you out by yourselve and your baby. The wheel is very smooth in every condition. The downside is that the accessory are too expensive, like one cup holder is $40

Good recommendation by babyshow we bought one

published

We just had our first child and before brith went to one of those expo shows and this stroller was demoed. Loads of bad reviews but we got it because it's a lot stronger than anything else and we do a lot of bumping about where we live and wanted to get this because it should last longer!

Love it

published

Love my Bugaboo. Bought one during babyexpo in Sydney. It is very sturdy and easy to maneuver. A bit heavy for small frame person like me but still manageable. Everything is perfect except that it would be a bit hard to bring it around if travelling overseas/ on a crowded train.

Our bub loves her pram & so do we!

published

We only have a small car so needed a pram that would fit the limited boot space. This pram was perfect for the job and our Bub loves being in it. The pram handles very well apart from on grass or gravel as it can get really bumpy. The handle is a really good length aswell

Great pram

published

Great pram but can be a hassle setting up and break down of the pram - having to detach the seat before collapsing the frame is annoying at times when in a rush.
It’s easy to manoeuvre, however it can tip if you have shopping attached on the handle bars with a pram hook and you lift baby out of seat.

Perfect! Can't live without it!

Love it so much! So easy to manoeuvre and take anywhere with me. Very impressed with the quality. Wheels still in great conditions and spin great. Quick and easy to fold, unfold and carry. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, young or old. Something you NEED in your life.

Good sturdy pram but don’t hang anything off handle bar

published

Easy to manoeuvre and great suspension, but heavy and bulky to put in car or travel, fold in 2 pieces, known problem mechanism on chassis /frame can brake easily so the handle won’t lock into place! Repairs and parts expensive! Replacement chassis is $480. Reconditioned chassis $280, only place in Sydney can repair is pramsafe brookvale however couldn’t repair it ! Repair would of been $150 but as couldn’t repair it wanted $55 to put the pram back together without even repairing it! Very disappointing

The Best Buy!!!!

published

The best pram that I could ever have. Tested many others before making final decision. Easy to manoeuvre, practical and the most important light so while being alone with a child you can easily manage and load it / out of the car. The deign is great while having bugaboo tu will not need another one. While started with an maxicosi capsule that can be easily attached to the pram so there was no need to carry baby from pram to the car, while waking you can use bassinet and while Bub gets bigger additional stroller/set attachment .

Love this pram!

published

After doing a lot of research we decided to buy this pram for our new baby and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The seat is large enough to fit a 3yr old and the pram is so easy to maneuver. It folds into two pieces but we don't mind that at all. The quality of the pram is pretty good and it's very steady. Overall we are very happy with our choice and highly recommend it to everyone! :)

My lifesaver!

published

My newborn loves his pram, super comfy, amazing turning circles and is super easy to use. It is very easy to fold up and not too heavy to lift into the boot. My partner and I love the different colours that you can choose from and the different attachments. We will keep this pram for several years and hopefully for bub number 2 :)

Bit bugapoo

published

It's easy to maneuver I'll give it that, but it really is a bugapain to put in your car. I have a medium size VW tiguan and it takes up the entire boot, going on a family holiday in a car? get a smaller pram to take.

It's built well so at least there is some resell value .. I've walked kilometers upon kilometers with it so its safe to say the tyres are hardworking.

The bassinet bit makes it impossible to use the basket, I was super pleased to put the pram bit on at five months As makes a massive difference.

Not sure what all the fuss was about....

published

I purchased my gen3 second hand about 18 months ago. I'm glad I didn't buy new. Easy to maneuver and I like that the seat can be rear or forward facing.
Underbasket is small and hard to get to with a metal bar going half way across it.
I find it annoying folding and unfolding let alone getting it into the boot of a car.
Also my toddler is only 16 months and his head is almost hitting the top of the seat. Definitely not made for tall children.

Best pram in the world

published

I absolutely love my buggaboo pram. It is so easy to use I love that it has a handle that exstends which is great as my husband and I are both tall so dosnt hurt our backs to push around all day. I’m now using it for my second child and the pram still works perfectly and both my child love it and must find it comfortable as they will spend hours in it with no complaints.

Classy stroller

Beautiful looking pram.
Can change the hood design which changes the look of the pram if you want a change.
Not difficult do actually fold but its heavy to lift when folded.
Accessories for the bugaboo are quite costly with a cup holder being 50 dollars and a foot warmer being 200 dollars.
Over all, not a cheap buy but a treat.

Will my chameleon 3 carrycot fit on a bee plus frame? Will the car adapter for my bee plus also fit onto the chameleon 3 plus? Thanks

Hi Sally S,
The bugaboo cameleon3 bassinet is not compatible with the bee+.
The cameleon3 also requires a different car seat adapter than the bee+.
I hope this helps.
The bugaboo team.
