Professional and curtious
Very informative, professional and compassionate.
The initial phone call was handelled with the utmost curtesy as was my missed appointment and the follow up and concern was refreshing.
My next appointment had to be cancelled as the doctor had to attend emergancy surgery. I was working in the morning and their team made every effort to apologise and advise me.

2nd order with speed improvement.
There’ve improved there delivery service. Wow much quicker than last order. Took a few days to arrive via post from a chemist this time.
I have Cognicann CBD and also THC what most don’t realise is that the female plants THC sets healing in action. At least it’s been working miracles for me. Once I got of standard medication and onto MC with THC a large improvement happened overnight. Now is gradual, but can’t express how grateful I am.
Yes it could always be cheaper but so glad Canvalate has the fastest service with the least amount of red tape. In comparison to some other suppliers.

Why all orders can’t be delivered by express post I do not understand it should be next day delivery we pay for that so come on Cannavalate deliver it. I’m in Queensland until recently I was picking up a prescription up from the chemist now getting it delivered to my mailbox much better

Constantly changing products, Lacking communication to patients, significant delays in getting medicine
The initial process, up to my first approval last year was good, quick and efficient - however after you become a patient, that’s when I’ve had problems. For example:
I got settled on a medication and then on two seperate occasions - I go to order My medicine again - and then Cannavalate tells me that they are no longer working with the supplier of the medication - again this has happened twice - as recently as this week.

t, Cannavalate took 2 weeks to contact the supplier (Supplier A) to actually order it, and then it took 6 weeks for the chemist to receive, leaving me without medication over Christmas for 6 weeks. Then I was told my medicine was no longer available as Cannavalate was no longer working with the supplier (Supplier A) and I was put on a weaker medication that didn’t work. I then have another doctors appointment and get moved on to 2 different medications with a new supplier (Supplier B) and get the best result I’ve had with cannabis medicine.1 comment

Very good product
Great product but can only give 4 stars because it is imported.
I found it very helpful for my rheumatoid arthritis and insomnia.
It also helps with my back pain.
The oil tastes pretty good too.
I hope you can soon offer an all Australian product.
I would also like to add that you made the whole process of getting approved very easy and it was very inexpensive compared to others.

Very easy process - would highly recommend
From my initial request for information the whole process took about 2 weeks and that was because I needed to get the money together for the appointment and the product. You'll need about $400 for the appointment, application and medication delivered to the pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They follow up with you to make sure you are happy with the process and keep you posted with what's happening.

Finally something that is working for me
The process was easy and simple, the product is excellent and the team are excellent to deal with and are there for support when you need it.
The price is expensive but I won’t be giving this up as I have finally started getting my life back

Painless future looking forward
Apart from difficulty keeping in contact with Cannvalate I am incredibly happy with my medication after 28 days. As I have almost weaned myself off Targin I am apprehensive, looking forward, to receiving my medication. It works so well and I would hate to have to resort to returning to addictive pain killers again.

Woeful money grabbers
I so wish I found these prior to forking over my money. I cancelled before the appointment due to their inability to email the relevant paperwork after numerous calls. Now been 2 weeks and multiple wasted phone callS trying to get refunded.

Absolutely useless
I had the $90 "doctor" consult. Then I got a message saying my $240 invoice was overdue. I don't like paying with nothing moving I stupidly paid and was told someone would be in touch. I had zero contact from Cannvalate despite emailing 3 times and ringing 4 times. At each call I was blocked by a switchboard service which is clearly just a barrier. Don't press option 5 on the voice menu.
This mob is too busy getting oversubscribed, a bunch of spivs. Do not under any circumstances give them your money, you will be left in the lurch. Extremely disappointing.
I have demanded a refund. I'm going elsewhere. I can't stand unprofessionalism, pushy sales people who only worry about their commissions.

Yes, I was notified that it would take maybe up to 3 weeks to arrive, I imagine at this stage covid19 maybe why the discrepancy of this wait, I am happy to order again when it arrives so I can keep up my supply for the future.

Cannvalate's main objective is to connect Patients with Doctors who prescribe the medication as well as obtaining both State and Federal approval. The Doctors will assess which Medication is best suited for the Patient based on a variety of factors, inclusive of what medicinal cannabis product is made of eg: THC mg/ml, CBD mg/ml or combination of the both. This is where we can control the time frames as this is done within our office. However, when it comes to the ordering and delivering of the Medication, this is out of our hands. Cannvalate will place the order with the supplier, who then dispatches this to the Patient's nominated pharmacy. In the past, Suppliers will not inform Cannvalate of delays, shortage or expiry of medication until it has been raised by Patients who notify us directly. As a result, we have and will continue to stop working with Suppliers who have not being able to meet our patient’s needs. Suppliers do not advise our Doctors about carrier oils or other extracts within the Medication so each time a patient will ask us, we refer them to the Supplier, especially if the patient has allergies. It is best to always get the right information from "the horse’s mouth" rather than the third party. Recently, Cannvalate has been working with compounding pharmacies here in Australia with the hope to meet our patient’s expectations ie: delivery, shortage etc. Before working with suppliers, there are processes that need to be followed and contracts to be drawn, however due to COVID-19 We have been forced to do both at the same time, so that patients do not go without Medication during this period. There are certain communications that we can’t send out to Patients due to restrictions advised by Governing Bodies in Australia.
