This printer is a total nightmare....and sorry but do not know that. Only way is to call Canon and ask for technical support.....Good luck with that....rgs

Why when I print a page every 5th line is blurry.

This printer model is racked with faults...only way around it is to 're print that page again on it's own. The paper feeder is faulty and Canon simply refuses to do anything about them or have some sort of update. Extremely poor of Canon....Past Canon were quite good....these are a nightmare. Best solution use an HP ....they never have problems....Geeeee thanks a big lot ....Canon
Try to claim the printer under warranty....if you still can. Simply put they are a freaking nightmare. I will never ever EVER buy a canon again....Each time I need to print a doc from my fone I go to my mates place....he has a HP...works perfectly each time. Hope that helps. Canon simply just does not care......bad

Sorry I can't help as I buy new cartridges each time. I don't buy Canon brand but compatible cartridges.
So my cartridges only flash if they getting very low or are empty.

How to connect Canon 5765 to wifi?

I feel for you. It was not straight forward.
I ended up searching for it through the 'connections' in the wifi hub.
I can get it to print ok but not scan.
I have had to put a shortcut to the 5765 on the desk top via the printer properties via the 'control panel'.
This printer scanner has been a pain in every respect since I have had it.
Next time back to a HP Printer.

Yes you can but I didn't as I wanted it connected with a cable to my pc.
I considered doing it wirelessly but decided not to as i discovered I couldn't flick easily enough between wired & wireless.
I always seem to have issues setting ANYTHING up....so I always end up contacting them... (see link below) they have always been very helpful...

sorry can't answer your question as I don't have mine connected by wifi. I love my printer and think for the price it was an excellent buy. Do hope you find the answer to your problem

My Cannon MG5765 is connected directly to computer, It prints fine but I can not scan from printer nor scan to my PC or email? I follow screen instructions but nothing happens when I push the start buttons except it says please wait moment but the nothing? Any Ideas?

Not sure if this will help but I put stuff under the top to scan, select the middle button under the little screen on the scanner. Call up the printer from the dock and choose scanner. This will then bring up overview so you need to outline what you want to scan and make sure that you choose the appropriate resolution and give it a name and destination - know that sounds basic but I have ended up with lots of docs with the same name because I forgot that step!!!! Then go for it. Love this little printer and hope this helps you

Purchased this canon 5765 printer last week. Wouldn't print using cyan or black..only magenta and yellow. Scanned to a browsed folder, but does not appear in folder. Copies and prints only using red and yellow. Tried both cartirdges that came with printer, then today bought whole new set of 5 cartridges and same problems. Checked ..no tape left over Y on cartridge, did head cleaners and cartridge checks via manual and online manual (which I now know by memory !!!!) and very gently shook cartidges before placing in printer. All red lights are a 'go' and cartidges full. Why won't the cyan work at all, and black/cyan on photos too. Taking back to store tomorrow. Anyone else had these problems with this printer. PS.. easy (though lengthy wifi setup and printers at fast rate).

Sorry, I have not experienced this problem, and have no info that cold be useful.

I have not experienced anything like this at any time with any other printer either and even a Youtube search doesn't offer any other solution other than head cleaning or deep cleaning, but you shouldn't have to do that to a new machine.

Did the head cleaning and deep cleaning twice more each and showed print results to store.. still no good .. and store specialist agreed so refunded money for printer and extra inks purchased. Got an Epson XP 420 at another store... easy/quick set up and installation. Prints quickly and no colour problems. Have used both Canon + Epson printers before with no problems but will now stick with Epson !!
