Hi

Try googling them, you will definitely get your answer.
Centre com had always delivered on time or early and the pricing was better than most.
Like any store, you get disgruntled customers.
They have been around a long time. Ideally walk into a store and buy what you want. Otherwise pay with credit card so you can do a transaction reversal if something goes wrong.

Centre Com is highly unreliable, best off going to MSY or Officeworks for significantly better service

Why does it take you so long to dispatch in stock items? 3-4 days when you charge a handling fee is simply a rip off!

How long do custom pc builds usually take to be delivered????

Sorry I cannot help you with that, I only buy products to build my own computers.
It only took a few days to be delivered on w ordered and paid for. The problem with centrecom was that they didn't fully test if before shipping it and I had to send it back.

Should I purchase the predator 700 laptop here?, I have been looking to purchase it, and it i found cheapest price here, with free shipping, I’ve heard some bad about this company, but since I’m specifically purchasing a new item that I know about, would it be safe?

I have dealt with them however like a lot of "nerds" they dont always suffer fools well. I found that if you are honest and open with them they respond in like manner. They have helped me even when I had purchased product elsewhere. But I reiterate I was honest with them.

Kate - don't buy from here - rude, unapologetic and no accountability.

Bought a i5 system. Works perfectly! However, I have one question... if my CPU cooler starts to fill with dust, can I clean it carefully without voiding my warranty? Or do I have no choice but to take it to a professional for cleaning?
1 answer
Gaurav P.Centre Com
Yes you can certainly clean it yourself, preferably using an air compressor. Just be careful not to use it too close to the processor, as this can lead to moisture accumulation which could be potentially damaging. Also, please note that removal of the CPU cooler will void warranty. If you have further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

No, no, no, no. Stay well away from them. Centrecom will give you nothing but grief. Buy on-line, go somewhere else, but do not touch centrecom, no matter how cheap or attractive the deal seems. Do not do it to yourself. Please, for your own sanity.
Wanted to say thanks for the reply about centrecom. Had my doubts - i don't know much about laptops and I did tell them so. So thanks Michelle
Yeah, I bought a cheap laptop that came with a 'free ram upgrade' (which I've been told basically means they remove the more expensive ram to on sell, and replace it with cheaper ram. This also voids the manufactures warranty), laptop died within 3 weeks with light use.
