Cheap As Chips

Visited the Traralgon store today and was served by Kim. What a happy, bubbly person. Was nice to be served by someone who interacts with the customers so well and had a smile on her face

I would like to recommend Winston who did an excellent job and left mt flat looking cleaner and tidier than when I took it over.
I am so happy I was able to rely on Winston to ensure the flat would pass the inspection of the Agents

I’ll put it plainly.. they double if not triple the price when they arrive, leave if you do not succumb to their price and then you will get threatened and hung up on by the manager over the phone. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY. False advertising!!!!

Was very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the job the did on my photo frame of an autographed photo of Donald Trump. Was very impressed and will use these guys again for sure

When my cleaner fell through last minute for our preparation for a sale clean, I called Cheap as Chips. After a long wait on hold and a rather abrupt receptionist, I was put through to Peter. He quoted around $355 for the clean (which should have only taken around 6 hours). When I asked him numerous times about an approximate hourly rate, he was quite rude. I told him that I would like 7 hours of cleaning for $355 (that is over $55 an hour) and misunderstood me, thinking I wanted 2 cleaners for 7 hours (14 hours for $355, which would be unreasonable on my part to request) and he proceeded to hang up on me. I am more amused than offended, however I thought I might leave a review, as this was highly unprofessional conduct on his behalf.

Looking to buy some cheap paint brushes. Whilst looking around, the assistant Karen approached and suggested lookin in the craft are as well for the small brushes. I finally found some suitable brushes but at the checkout found they were not priced as the ticket had become lost. The cashier, Kim organised a runner to get the missing information details.

Being 26/12 and we were on holidays we did not have choice of shops open. Has not heard anything bad about cheap as chips so when we saw a metal frame gazebo 3m x 3m for $99 we jumped at the chance as we were camping in 47 degree heat.
My husband set the gazebo up that afternoon. At 3pm we went for a drive and returned at 6pm to find it piled up in the middle of our campsite. There had been no strong wind, just a slight breeze yet the metal frame had snapped making it completely unuseable.
When i rang the store the next day I received no response. Again being holidays I have chalked this down to a very expensive lesson!!!
Beware goods from cheap as chips.

Kokebe was very professional, was on time and did a thorough job. There was a lot to clean and it was done very well and now looks brand new. Very friendly also.

Love going to Cheap as Chips usually fortnightly and seeing what new stuff they have there. I always end up with a bunch of dvds/blu-rays, jars of lollies, plant pots among other things. The staff are generally friendly too.

We were suffering with the heat as we drove our bus without aircon from Perth WA to Tasmania
When we reached Mildura we decided we had to do something so as to at least sleep one comfortable night. So we nipped across to Cheap as Chips sales merchants shop to buy a Prinetti 10litre Evaporative Cooler at $89 “Cheap As Chips” we thought after asking if they worked ok and being told they were brilliant and have sold heaps of them.
Well the old adage came back to haunt us 1 you get what you pay for and 2 if it seems too good to be true, then generally it is In this case it was.
Not a happy camper as it worked just as well as a $10 electric fan or a folded magazine wafted back and forth in front of your face, even “cheaper”

Visiting Cheap as chips today I wanted a dressing table that was made up on the floor, but was told that I had to have one not made up and get a local handyman to assemble it, being a person on my own and not young thought it was very bad service for your store will not recommend it and told the sales girl that she just lost a sale, even asked if I could come back and someone in the shop assemble one for me but to no avail.

Wide variety of choices
Could spend alot of money there
Friendly polite staff alwas willing to help.
Will shop there again

Purchased brut disposable razors for $2 the product were not up to standard, went to do a return on the item and was told before I could get a refund I had to bring back the one single blade that I had used how unhygienic and disgusting it that just for a $2 dollar item and was poorly managed by the staff at the munno para store, very unhappy customer !!! :(

Please be aware that this site is a scam. [Name removed] books flights for people with stolen credit cards and when the true card holder becomes aware they put in a dispute to the travel agent. The agent will then cancel the flights, if they have not already been flown. Absolutely DO NOT use!! Always go through a reputable Travel Agent.

This is the second time, and I did ao because of magnificent servcice, courtesy ans cost from some 12 months ago.
This gentleman in my opinion is the highest I have experienced for realiability, courtesy and service. I have advised family and friends to ask for yhis man when Ringing for service. Being disabled and elderley one tends to be wary. NOT SO. Strongly reccomend Cheap as Chips and above all the gentleman is named Sammi. Thank you Sir and to your excellent Company

On my last 2 visits I have brought 2 toys: Last visit was a pet toy which lasted 30 seconds as a small metal-plastic part fell out and as it's only 2 cmx2cm in size, my dog could have easily choked on it. This was the part that made sounds. The visit previous to this I brought my son a transformers toy and as my son started playing with it, it broke. This is an indication to me that Cheap as Cheaps imports cheap toys that break easily and also are very unsafe to kids and pets.
