You recommended I choose AHM and buy my multifocal glasses through SpecSavers - the frames this financial year and the multifocal lenses in July. However when I went into SpecSavers in Toowoomba they told me they can not do this. You have to claim frames and lenses in one transaction. Who is correct because I went with your advice to maximise my return and minimise my outgoings as I'm currently on a Disability Pension and need to change my glasses soon?

I never advised about buying anything through specsavers. I did a review on my experience purchasing my health insurance through Choosi. (and FYI, I purchased NIB insurance, I don't know who AHM is). I'm thinking you have confused my review with someone elses.

After viewing an advert on TV,I made contact with Choosi to cover myself with the Income Protection Plan.I was told that because of my job description that I was unsuccessful as it only covers those that SIT behind a desk all day which didnt specify in the advert.I found the advert misleading and advise the specification of such be altered to prevent persons like me applying and being rejected...

It is understandable that insurers won't offer cover to every occupation type (eg, circus performers) but I agreee, not sitting behind a desk all day seems a harsh criteria to cut you off. If you explain your occupation, I can give you some tips where I think you will find cover.
