I have ordered all my required parts with great success through this source. Batteries can be obtained by searching ebay, Stirling (Aldi) Robot Vacuum. This has proved successful for me also. Make sure you sight and note the battery fitted in the unit before ordering to ensure you obtain the correct one.

I have sold my robot vacuum cleaner but the buyer tells me the remote control is missing from the box. I've turned my house upside down and cant find the missing remote.
Can you start the vacuum cleaner without the remote? I didn't use the remote control much when I cleaned - just pressing the touch control switches on the unit itself.

With mine I can turn it on but need the remote to select settings and start to vacumm so I am guessing yes you do need the remote .you can buy spare parts from their website

I have a spare remote if you need one. Its for the model with 2 side brushes.

You can control how much water that comes out you can make it less or more if it's not that I don't know you have to ring customer service they will walk you through it

My robot vacuum has been working fine for a few weeks but now it won't stay on the charging station. It rolls onto it and just reverses off every time. I cleaned the sensors, moved the base and even put it on by hand and it won't charge up. Does anyone have similar issues and maybe know of a fix?

I bought Stirling Robot Vacuum cleaner from Aldi last Saturday (24th Nov 2018). It is model EE-2572 with wet mop. Charged it overnight. Next morning I tried it in dining room which has vinyl floor .I pressed remote,turned it on and selected mode, only went a few inches stopped and beeped and had 10 03 in display. Has done this on all modes. cannot find dock, even if put right in front of it. does not move on carpet either. Removed trailing bar and mop, moved smoother but did the same. does same on every mode. What am I doing wrong, or is there something wrong with it?

I th8nk you can plug the power directly into the machine and not use the dock8ng station. That’s what I do but m8ne is older.
