The workmanship and quality finish’s are amazing and exceeded my expectations by far right from start to finish and the service they offer after moving in as well. They assured us that if we had any issues they were there to help and resolve it! This is what makes Hotondo Warragul worth it in the end.. Thanks for being patient with us especially with any adjustments and the one million questions we threw at you sorry Jeff!! :) but thank you for getting our home completed before Christmas it meant the world to us. I would most definitely build with Hotondo again.

The build was managed very well. Great conversation and communication levels.
Trades have left a little to be desired but all issues have been dealt with by great staff at Hotondo.
The final cost of the build was well within our budget and there was no hidden surprises at the end of the day.

It was obvious from our first meeting with Adam that we were in good hands. Everything was explained ... our needs, requirements and budget considered. All workmanship throughout construction was high quality and there was consistent contact with Builder, Staff and and Site Manager, Kel. All issues were minor and dealt with accordingly. The final cost was as quoted and maintenance follow up with the company has been very much appreciated. As stated ... we are very happy with our new holiday home and would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone building a new home!

After a terrible customer service experience with a different builder and losing my deposit, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for Brett and the team at Hotondo Homes, Ballarat.
Brett worked wonders to meet my concerns, budget, and specifications, yet he maintained all inclusions, and upon moving in I couldn't be happier! Other than two small hiccups - site supervisor changed half-way through, and build time went one week over - the end result is a high-quality (and overly customised) build for a sensational price. We moved in just before Christmas, which ensured the perfect end to 2022!
Hotondo might not ever want to deal with me again, as I'm super OCD, but I'd definitely build with them every time.

The team at Hotondo have been extremely helpful in the pre-construction process. Not at all pushy which is a massive plus. Have chipped in with ideas and helped work through any obstacles due to our irregular shaped block. Happy to tell us how it is rather than give excuses or do the usual sales pitch. A very personable experience so far.

From start to finish the build was well managed by Hotondo. The process was smooth with an excellent finished product. We came in under our estimate cost as well. All workers and Tradesman worked well to ensure the final product was exactly what we were after. We love our new home!

Mark and Gianna at Hotondo Homes in Browns Plains have worked closely with us over the past 18 months to secure our second home on our property. The build has been managed very well by Mark, checking the trades work and dealing with our questions in a professional manner. Over the 18 months we worked with Mark and Gianna, no problem was too big or too difficult and we built a close respectful working relationship during this time. When we need additional work done on our home and on our property, it was Mark and Gianna that we turned to knowing that the work we would get would be competitively priced and a high standard.

Hotondo Warragul completed our custom build in March 2018. Jeff is a second generation builder, his father Gus was well respected in West Gippsland, and jeff has continued that legacy. The build was managed on time and at a competitive price. Jeff and Fiona a great team. Tradies working on the job gave great attention to detail and workmanship was first class.

What a joyful experience we just had building our dream home with Adam at Hotondo Homes.
from start to finish it was just so enjoyable. Adam is very fun loving, easy going but professional at the same time. He has a lot of experience and it shows as nothing was to hard for him.
We cannot fault our new home or the process and the team who work with him.

Day one to completion the build was smooth and on time, nothing was too much trouble for Geoff, Kate and Danny. The quality of workmanship, the friendliness and professionalism of their tradies was of a very high standard. I cant recommend them highly enough.
