David and myself were welcomed warmly by Julie for our day long appointment. We were organised with a lot of selections but the things we weren't sure of Julie's professional advise and guidance was invaluable and we couldn't have completed the day as easily as we did without her help. The colour palette we selected was displayed for us and were thrilled with the end result. Also keeping track of the budget was extremely precise.

The Brighton Homes My Choice Studio and Jess Sanderson's expert advice, patience and professionalism made the experience, although long and tiring, an exciting one and I came away knowing I had made the right choices. Nothing was too much, all questions answered and I am very excited about the journey from here on in. My experience with Brighton Homes so far is that staff are very welcoming, friendly, professional and supportive of my needs - at the same time offering sound suggestions and advice - keeping my updated all the way along about prices. We were very welcomed to the studio. When We stepped into the building we instantly fell in love with all the display items. They were gorgeous. We have enjoyed choosing options and people there were very helpful. Especially, Our consultant Jesse was very nice and professional.

From the minute we stepped into the Brighton Home displays, we immediately fell in love and was warmly welcomed by Steve Downes. As first home buyers, we knew nothing about building or costs etc but we can happily say that Steve was very knowledgeable in this area. He was honestly so helpful and if it wasn't for his wisdom, guidance & passion, we wouldn't have been able to build our dream home. Our build process was easy and we enjoyed having the weekly updates on the Brighton portal. Overall, we are very happy and felt it was an easy process all the way through. Julie and Jess were very helpful and took the time to help us with our colour selections and make suggestions that helped us to think outside of the box. They also listened to our needs and wants and helped make a daunting prospect for a first home buyer easier. We can not wait to see the final product now!!

We ditched a builder from GC after visiting Brighton’s Providence Display. We met Steve, a great Consultant 5/5. Paula Johnson was our Project Coordinator. A great communicator, helped us with the final plans, very positive attitude which made the whole process smooth. We were kept up to date with pre-construction progress, helped us stay within our budget, assisted us in making final

The home build was managed extremely well. Professional all the way
Workmanship was faultless, high quality products were used at all times. All issues were dealt with on the spot without hesitation
Estimated cost was very close to final cost. We were impressed how Liam and his team assisted us in keeping to our budget.

We look alot of display homes, but Brighton homes is the one that stood out. Andrew Sandall and Janise from Rochedale display home is very helpful, good customer service and assist us on the changes of our design.

Andrew and the team answered alot of questions we have with our design. And explain things which is easy to understand what is standard and what is upgrade.

We are looking forward to our new home soon. We highly recommend Brighton Homes for anyone who want to build they 1st home.

We have now finished the build process with the assistance of Liam Ringuet, Contract Coordinator and Luke Andrew, Construction Supervisor.
Liam was extremely professional in all our dealings, always returning my phone calls and emails and Luke kept us informed every step of the way during the building process.
This is our third build and the team at Brighton Homes have provided us with a first class home which we will enjoy for many years to come.

We had an outstanding journey right from our sales consultant Wayne, he was very patient with us went thru each and every thing in great details. Liam in the corporate office was brilliant with the rest of the crew in "My choice" . Our building supervision Nick Toye was very approachable any small issues we had was rectified straight away . We could not fault a single thing it was indeed an amazing experience. Liam also played a vital role in corresponding with our bank as well . Brilliant work team!!!!

The team, from first contact with Steve at the Providence Ripley display homes have been more then helpful and accomodating. Our latest visit to the MyChoice design studio for the colour selection with Jess couldn’t have gone any better. Jess has a wealth of knowledge on all products and features that can be included in the house. Most questions on any changes and pricing could be answered off the top of her head with accuracy, this I feel is very important as there is a lot to fit in at the colour selections appointment and time needs to be used efficiently. I’d also highly recommend an extra open studio appointment to familiarise with all products available.

I am in the "My Choice" process of the build and Krisy along with Jess, has made a very difficult process less daunting. Wayne helped to select a floor plan that suits a growing family and more modifications were made in My choice. They were very patient yet pushed me along to the pre-contract stage now. I had gone to several builders and feel the process may have been a lot harder if not for Kristy and Jess. It's my first build and definitely an eye-opener. I thank the team at Brighton and can't wait to start building.

Liam Ringuet was a great contract coordinator to work with providing adequate information and prompt emails. I highly appreciate his work along with the rest of the Brighton team for being so efficient with work and updating throughout the whole process. Quality of the build was excellent and had nil major issues.

Everything was well explained and a variety of options were available for selection. Our consultant was very helpful, accommodating and friendly as well as all staff at Brighton. We did change our mind with some colours and tile selections and this was not a problem. The day went very quickly but was a most enjoyable experience overall.

Liam Ringuet was very professional and helpful. He assisted me a lot all the time with the plans and helped get everything ready to start construction. June Mathews was great and helpful at the display home at Brighton Homes Killara. so thank you both. it was a great experience with Brighton Homes.

Bobby was very professional and helpful. He assisted us in chosing a great design and was very knowledgeable and Bobby was the reason we built with Brighton Homes in first place. His customer service was on point and we are very appreciative of the fact that He told us upfront about all the hidden costs as well as went through display home to show us what we will be getting in end product. We now have our forever home. All thanks to Bobby.

What a wonderful experience!
Whilst some companies are pushy with hidden costs and other issues, Andrew and the team take all the stress out of building. Products are top class and explained in an easy to understand way in terms of what is standard and what is an upgrade. Well done
