Our first home was built by a different builder and we are having a second thought whether our next house will be build again by our previous builder. But when we saw Carlisle Display Homes Sorrento Grande in Wollert in particular, my wife and I fell in love straight away. It has all open plan and the house is very inviting and homey. We are also very happy with the excellent service and professional expertise provided by our consultant. It made our job easy with all her suggestions and recommendations provided to us. Also, Acknowledging with thanks our client liaison executive with initial ([name initial removed]) for her excellent communication. I will definitely recommend Carlisle Homes to my friends, Colleagues and families.

My color appointment is booked with [name removed] who I can say is a very experienced/knowledgeable designer based on my experience at the color studio.

[name removed] welcomed us greatflly and went through the documents with us and able to finish our electrical appointment in less than two hours because of great help by [name removed].

With a quick break we started our color selection where [name removed] helped us to choose colors wisely primarily when it comes to exterior.

Building Barrington 20MK2 (J1015119) through Carlisle Homes - everyone to date have been fantastic especially our Sales Consultant [name removed]. Easy Living range is truly that - "easy" choosing upgrades and colour schemes were a breeze. Cannot fault the process to date still early days but if the initial experience is anything to go by then it will be easy to recommend Carlisle to Family & Friends.

As first time home builders, we were apprehensive about the color appointment, but [name removed] put us to ease. She was able to get an idea and feel for what we were after and provided us with good insight and recommendations into different color choices, including a few recommendations that we had not thought about. The electrical consultant [name removed] was equally committed to the task and was able to work out a good lighting plan for us, providing recommendations and was open to getting ideas from us. We are still in the building contract stage, and so far it has been OK.

Carisle have been reasonable to build my second home. Just about to sign final contract. So far so good. They had great range of details we can choose. Customer service was good. I had slight delay for final contract due to holiday season which is understandable. Otherwise overall satisfied well

[name removed] has helped in coordinating with the build for all stages. [name removed], our site supervisor was very helpful and kept us updated on the progress during our holidays. we strongly recommend Carlisle homes based on our experience so far

Build was finished in less than 6 months. I hired personal site inspector as well and received good feedback for build. I observed some scratch on surface after shifting, straight away highlighted to Carlisle and they replaced that within quick time with no questions asked. Estimated cost was almost same.

Great builder, We are building our second home with Carlisle. Minor issues after the first build, but all resolved and fixed.

From almost last 3 hrs we are in touch. We always get very good customer service from Carlisle through [name removed]. She is always available to answer whether on phone call or email to get us up to date and answer our queries. It is my pleasure to say Carlisle is very lucky having [name removed] like dedicated and honest team members.

We have yet to start our construction, we are very happy with bother Colour Browse and Colour Selection appointment. So far from Sales contract and Colour selection I found Carlisle home service has been excellent. Expecting the same during the home build as well. Only one recommendation, less collection and display of tiles, this may be due to space constraint. Hopefully there will be a vast collection of products in their newly being build office at Nexon.

Have been to a few builders and we have landed at Carlisle Homes. We are both really busy with work and have limited time to spend on selections, going through showrooms. Carlisle homes make it so easy by giving us several pre selected colour options and made the process so quick and easy. We are very satisfied so far. Sales and admin person are very knowledgeable and professional.

Our design consultant was very knowledgeable and assisted us throughout whole selection process which made the colour selection appointment really enjoyable and easy. It has been a wonderful experince so far with Calisle. After making the decision of building a house, we went to many displays and decided to co-operate with Carlisle. And we are so glad we did, because the people there were really helpful and patience when we had many questions as this was our first time building. Our estimated cost was much higher especially for the upgrades. But Carlisle changed very few things which lowered the cost but still satisfied us. Overall, working with Carlisle has been an amazing experience as we have learnt a lot through this wonderful journey.
