My partner and I had such an amazing experience with Homebuyers. From the start of walking through the display homes to the very end. We felt supported with every decision we made, as well as guidance through the process being such young buyers. Excited now to start the building process.

With all the positive customer service and build quality I got from my first home, I was very confident to engage them again for my second build. HBC guys also managed the purchase of my land. From talking to seller's real estate agent to negotiating the price of the land. Thanks guys for all your help.

Our house was completed last November 2022.
Our both bathroom sinks are leaking, warranty department are helpful but only by asking us to contact tradie directly.
It is End of January 2020 now and the issues not fixed.
The warranty is useless.
You will find host of issues after the build, the build process was fine but you need to watch every stage carefully/

Returning to this company again, made me feel all safe again with zero worries from day one until i got my keys!

The sales consultant was great to deal with and so was the pre start team. Definetly would recomend to anyone looking to build.
Has also been very good value for money with a good straight up approach in the dislay home. Not many cons that they are trying to hide, really honest and helpful team.

We had great experience with HBC. Perfection start with Sales and our sales consultant was in touch with us even after handover. He just didn't sell us home build, he made sure everything is up to standard and we are happy. Our site supervisor, he is simply the best. No defect in final inspection and everything is perfect even after a year of build.

We have decided to build with again as our experience was silk as smooth.

Staff at Homebuyers Centre Victoria have been a pleasure to deal with, making a complicated process as easy as possible! They have been up front with expected costs and time frames, and whenever we have needed questions answered, they have been happy to help in anyway possible with prompt replies!

Our Pre-Start Consultant was Monique and she was very efficient with getting back to our many questions. We felt well informed of each process along the way. Once the ball was rolling things happened quickly and paperwork was done efficiently so we could get to the construction stage as soon as possible. It was a pleasure dealing with Monique & we would highly recommend her services as a pre-start consultant.

Currently building, have found HBC Victoria to be upfront with costs & good at explaining processes to first timers. Excellent & patient customer service from Monique Varallo throughout pre construction, so helpful, informative and friendly! Include a lot more standard inclusions than competitors & upgrades fairly priced. No surprise expenses at all, architects worked quickly & efficiently to overcome estate guideline restrictions for our Hayman Facade. I like that they work with you to benefit you and what you envision your home to be like. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for such a smooth process!

Ive just built a house with homebuyers and they were brilliant throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated on the stages of my build and always got back to you straight away if you had a question about anything.

I have just signed a house contract with Blake in Warralily, from day one I have felt very informed and comfortable. I can't wait until the land titles mid-year, so we can start building.
he was very accommodating in as many changes as I wanted to make on the floor plan so I could have the house exactly the way I wanted it

Super easy process with the whole process of being a first time home owner.
I asked Simon our building supervisor to try and get us in by Xmas. He booked everything in tight and the whole process went so smooth. He had us in by early December . He was really organised. Had trouble finding problems with the inspections at the end of the build paint etc. It was sharp. Not much blue tape at all.
The paperwork side of things, Natasha had everything sorted really quickly which helped alleviate the stress .
Could not recommended homebuyers more for first time home owners. It was a pleasure

It was great to watch our house being built from start to finish. We always felt informed at each stage of the build and our HOME is exactly what we imagined. Everyone has been really easy to deal with and if they weren't available at the time of contact they would respond within the same day. We love our home and we are so glad we decided to build. Shout out to James who was our site manager, he was and is very thorough and would recommend him to anyone. If anyone is looking to build CHOOSE Homebuyers.

Currently in the process of building a Jasper 17 with HBC. Pretty happy with the pre construction stage so far, a couple delays with getting the plans approved by developers after they came back with a changes needed but was able to work with HBC to rectify. The communication with their team have been excelled, quick responses and information received when requested. Reason for building with them is the value in standard inclusions, the level of service and effort the sales team went to come up with a build package that suited my budget. Bonus points to referring me to their partner broker- Resolve Finance who have been great- after I had a nightmare of an experience with my own for my land settlement.

We are currently in the progress of building the Orlando 20 in The Grove, Tarneit.
All staff have been extremely professional and helpful, always emailing us with updates - We have really appreciated the support we have received considering this is our first build. Definitely recommend Homebuyers to anybody considering building their first home. Claude was fantastic in initial consults along with Tyme during colour selection.

Within 4 months of building with home buyers we have never been so happy with all the hard work that has been done. All staff in the office and on site have been honest and very supportive throughout our journey. The quality of the material that has been used is very good and easy to clean.
We moved in in our new home a month ago and we couldnt be happier.
We highly recommend Homebyers Centre Victoria to everyone.
It has been an unforgetable experience.
