The job of HBC is splendid. Good reporting. My two storey house, from the time of laying the foundation to NHP is within four months even the building contract states not more than 290 days. I have no hesitation to recommend HBC to my friends if they need to construct a new house.

HBC team is extremely organised and friendly, always prompt.
My wife and I are really happy with our builder choice. We have been to other 4 builders prior and Homebuyers was the ones who best suited our needs.

This is the first time I have built with homebuyers centre .
From Damien the sales to Jo who helped us with our pre start and to the girl on reception the professionalism of the company is clear from the outset.
My costs are exactly where I expected them to be at this stage of my build.
It was our mistake but we arrived at our pre start one day early. Jo rescheduled her whole day to accommodate us to save us from coming back. I have never met someone in the industry so professional and knowledgeable . We left our pre start looking forward to moving into our new home in the knowledge knowing that with our ideas and the amazing help from Jo that we have an amazing house to look forward to.

From the moment we first walked into the show home, throughout planning the house design and through pre-construction, Jai Ferguson, our new homes consultant, has been absolutely amazing.
His professional, friendly and caring attitude has eased us through the process of building our first home in Australia. His attention to detail is second to none. Any errors picked up on the design were adjusted immediately. Nothing is too much trouble for Jai. His honesty and passion for his work is obvious. We are so grateful we have him looking after us throughout this process.

I am only at Pre-Construction stage but it has been a very easy, stress free process. Am loving every minute of it. Clare guided me through choosing the right home design and Althea was so good helping me refine the colour schemes and choice of appliances and fittings for my new home. Looking forward to seeing the end result and how all the ideas come together.

What a team! I’m not an easy person to deal with on the best days and from the get go, Adam has gone above and beyond for us, making sure we got what we wanted, reassuring us in times of doubt and maintaining contact with us even while on holidays. (Sorry Adam). Our prestart with Althea was awesome! She loved our choices and helped point us in the right direction to make sure the house was going to mesh wonderfully. Her eye for style is only just second to her willingness to help you through and make sure you’re happy with your project. Nobody had anything to hide, my wife and I are stoked to be building with homebuyers. 11/10 will recommend homebuyers to all of my friends looking at building.

Very flexible design phase with Derek Lowe. Being custom design it needed plenty of design alterations and revisions, all well managed.
Very well managed pre-start with Althea Brennan, Early possible appointment was arranged, satisfied with the time given to us, recommendations and neutral advises from Althea nevertheless last minute change/variation handled so efficiently.

After failing to get a home and land package from several other home specialists, Homebuyers Centre really took the time and effort to help us with our individual needs.

The quality and number of inclusions are fantastic and all the people at Homebuyers are very helpful and reliable.

We have just finished our pre-start stage and will be settling on our land soon but we are excited and looking forward to our building stage!

We have completed our whole pre start process now and are just waiting for approval on our finance. The team have been very accommodating and understanding when we were unsure on things. Whilst going through Keystart has been a hassle to say the least, I would definitely recommend the team at Homebuyers Centre.

From the very beginning it has been an amazing journey. We met Richard Carter in a Baldivis display home and he was so friendly and helpful with explaining the whole process and making it very simple to understand. He came up with a great idea of modifying a house plan to our exact needs. Pre-start was made very enjoyable as well and the team made it so simple. We where also impressed with how quickly the construction phase started and how well organised each stage has been so far. We cant wait to see it progress and get our keys! Thank you.

Shane was AMAZING!!
Shanes professionalisms and punctuality with any issues that arised was so easy to deal with. During the construction phase I was really happy with the work and finishes to all areas of the house, Shanes attention to detail was phenomenal and to a 5 star level, Shane also kept us up to date after each stage was completed and he also informed us of what will happen next. As first homebuyers this was a great experience and to have someone like Shane who kept us updated at each stage. I would highly recommend Shane and will continue to speak highly of his work. Thank you again Shane, your work definitely does not go unnoticed.

Property has not been build yet, so cant comment on construction but from first discussion until now - pre settlement stage it has been a good experience with Home Buyers Centre, specially with the agent (HENRY BROWN) who helped me through the process. He was always there to answer my questions and clear my doubts.
Final cost would be slightly high i can imagine, but I expected it to be so with a few add ons that I have made to the original plan.
