We are in pre construction stage at the moment. We had a good experience with our Sales consultant Kim Tran. He was very helpful and available whenever needed. Our prestart consultant Chantelle is generous and helpful too. I hope our build will be as smooth as our pre contraction experience.

Pre consultant stage went pretty smooth as pre construction and colour appointment. Customer service and communication seemed to be professional and responsive.
From when we started the build problems and issues started arising as lack of communication, changing building manager 3 times, poor workmanship. But all the problems addressed were at some point fixed so overall acceptable result. I've honestly expected somenthing more from boutique, to justify the price and to differentiate from other builders. At the end it's just a matter of who works on your site and we had bad and good so overall I would say nothing more than avarage.

Bill from display home in Kalkallo is the integral part that make our Boutique Home floor plan turn into what we want to achieve. Knocking walls, moving windows and doors, with Bill’s help made it easy. Bath ensuite is the highlight of our new home which isn’t a problem with Boutique.

I bought a 3 year old house built by boutiques homes.
As the second owner I have noticed several defects in the workmanship.
Upon inquiring, even though the faults are obvious, rendering being the main one, I have been told that is not structured under the warranty.
Please read very carefully what is covered, especially if you are the second owner of the house.

Please be very careful whilst paying a deposit to this builder. We made the mistake of paying a deposit of $23,000 being our initial 5% deposit pre-construction. Our land is yet to title so the builder has done absolutely no work. Yet on giving notice of cancellation of our contract ( due to family reasons- we are senior citizens) we have been shunted around for the last one month with no responsible person contacting us and no sign of our monies

All good we got what we needed after a long wait on titles.
Brett was the ideal consultant to work with let us know all facts on land and fill etc.
Very knowledge on building code of practice.
Even talked us through making our own design house.
Most plans didn’t fit on our block so we made one up that did.

Boutique homes has been good with organisation so far. They have made the process easy so far. Any issues or questions I have had have been resolved or answered. I am happy with the quoted price and I am sure will be close to final cost. All in all I am happy with Boutique Homes so far and if it came down to choose a builder when building again Boutique would be first choice

After comparing with other builders,boutique provide premium standard inclusion which need to upgrade in other builders.The Riviera 32 is the best floorplan I have ever seen.Thanks to Stuart Doak,he is really friendly and helpful,always be available to answer questions and did his best to meet my enquiry.I really appreciate for his patient.Looking forward to have a dream home with boutique.

The level of service myself and my wife have recieved from boutique homes has been outstanding. Stuart was able to help find us the right floor plan to suit our needs as well as position it on our block to maximise sunlight throughout the day. Any questions were answered in a timely manner no matter the time of day or night. We look forward to seeing the finished product.

It's been a fantastic Journey so far. Thanks to Boutique homes staff especially Rachael Stalker and Robyn Hobbs. Robyn Explianed and took us to color studio twice even after hours and guided us through all the items. Rachael fasten the process with accuracy and communicated with us beautifully. Highly recommended Builder.

What an amazing experience we have had to date! We had been looking at many display homes through different companies but felt Boutique Homes ticked all the boxes in terms of floorplans, pricing & what is included & finishing/end product. Tania Hogan from Clydevale Estate was simply amazing to deal with, very knowledgable & helpful, quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble. We are very appreciative of her help!!

We have been looking at builders for quite a long period of time, being very indecisive, but when me met Kim Tran at the Boutique Point Cook Display homes, his professionalism gave us with the confidence we needed to proceed. We believe Boutique has the best floor plans, but were disappointed when the 34 Sq home we loved had been removed from their catalogue of homes. However, after meeting Kim, he was able to assure us he could get the 34 Sq home we had wanted to build, made available again for us. Kim is a very friendly & approachable guy, very professional & adept at his job, and although we are still in the pre-build stage, we feel excited & confident that boutique will build our "dream home" for us.

We really liked the floorplans and inclusions which Boutique provides as a standard inclusions. Our Sales consultant Stuart Doak was simply amazing in explaining the entire process and very knowledgeable when it came to PWC signing and key items to highlight. He went out of the way to ensure our needs and requirements are accepted and solution is designed to cater our dream home. We are really excited and eagerly waiting for our build to start soon.
