Fantastic Home, Fantastic Builder
What a joyful experience we just had building our dream home with Adam at Hotondo Homes.
from start to finish it was just so enjoyable. Adam is very fun loving, easy going but professional at the same time. He has a lot of experience and it shows as nothing was to hard for him.
We cannot fault our new home or the process and the team who work with him.
I highly recommend Adam and Hotondo Homes Rochedale if your looking to built your own dream home.

Very proactive builders
Adam and Nathan at Hotondo Homes were fantastic - they were proactive the entire way through the build process, from before we had registered plans right through to the end of the build. We were so happy with the quality of the build and could not find a single flaw! They communicated with us through the entire process and have been wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!

A faultless experience from beginning to end
Adam's enthusiasm is infectious and his professionalism is to be admired. From our initial consultation with him and the team at Hotondo Rochedale we always felt like we were in safe hands.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was always open and honest. As a fixed-priced build, we always knew what we were paying for and never had any nasty surprises along the way. Adam went out of his way on several occasions to ensure everything important we wanted was taken care of in the contract. Handover was a breeze and we're so happy with the final result. A faultless experience from beginning to end, and we recommend Adam for anyone wanting to build in the near future.

Amazing Builder!
Adam and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Adam was just as excited as us throughout the whole process and really went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy and what he was delivering was of a very high standard.
