Build was managed expertly, I was doing some work myself and Chris and the crew were happy to work to my schedule. Workmanship and quality was Hotondo usual high standard. Cost came in right and any variations are all recorded and advised prior to completion. This was my third build and I could not be happier

Adam and Nathan at Hotondo Homes were fantastic - they were proactive the entire way through the build process, from before we had registered plans right through to the end of the build. We were so happy with the quality of the build and could not find a single flaw! They communicated with us through the entire process and have been wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!

Craig Bunning and Geoff Arnell from Hotondo Jimboomba managed the build from start to finish and Craig was very hands on completing a lot of smaller tasks himself. Craig's communication was excellent with updates on progress and sorting out any obstacles that arose. All issues were sorted and resolved in a prompt and professional manner.
Apart from some minor areas that needed touching up with the painting, the overall quality of workmanship and finish was excellent. Quite a few visitors have even commented favourably on the great finish.
The final cost was very close to the original quote with the majority of the extra cost being for extras my wife and I had requested.

Adam's enthusiasm is infectious and his professionalism is to be admired. From our initial consultation with him and the team at Hotondo Rochedale we always felt like we were in safe hands.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was always open and honest. As a fixed-priced build, we always knew what we were paying for and never had any nasty surprises along the way. Adam went out of his way on several occasions to ensure everything important we wanted was taken care of in the contract. Handover was a breeze and we're so happy with the final result. A faultless experience from beginning to end, and we recommend Adam for anyone wanting to build in the near future.
