An Amazing Experience
We had the perfect experience building our dream home with Bruce and Katina. From the very beginning of the process they listened to what we wanted and they went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream home, all in the perimeters of our budget and needs. ns and he always had an answer when we were concerned. We never felt bad to just pick up the phone and ring him if we doubted anything. Katina is the heart of the team. She took the time to truly get to know us and our wants/needs. She helped us with the whole design phase and gave us her expert opinion when putting all the design elements in. She knew our budget from the very beginning and helped us stick to it, allowing our final cost to be within our budget and close to the estimated cost at the beginning. The communication between the two of them was flawless. Having lived in our house for over a month now we can safely say the workmanship and quality of the build is exceptional. Bruce said he's a perfectionist and it truly shows. We were included throughout the whole process, getting to check the build at each stage and if anything came up that Bruce wasn't happy with, he would fix it straight away. He values quality and the end product truly reflects that. We could not recommend Bruce and Katina enough and we are so thankful to have chosen them to build us our beautiful family home.

Bruce and Katina are wonderful
We are still in the design/DA stage of our project, which is in many ways for the buyer the most involved stage. Bruce and Katina have been very professional and helpful. They have provided good advice throughout the process and have been great at communicating effectively and keeping us informed.
