Firstly.....I have to say that I've never been fond of sticky date pudding.
......until now !
Sometimes we try various packaged food products and mostly we are disappointed.
.....but, the Coles sticky date pudding defys the odds and presents us with a truly yummy desert.
Not too sweet, not too heavy or gooey and certainly not artificial in any way.
Light and airy texture with a real home-made touch.
Less than a minute in the microwave and then served with a scoop of ice cream.
Yum !
The pack costs six bucks, cuts into four generous serves....
a bargain.

Thought I’d give this a try as looked so delicious in Coles magazine, not expecting it to be as good as it looks in the photo!
Do yourself a favour and give it a go, it is so light, the sauce is divine and a real decadent treat.
Will definitely be buying more!
