It exploded !!!
Very dangerous product. Less than 12 months old. Cooking rice as normal and it exploded!!!

Cheap, and messy
Put 2 cups of rice in, with recommended water - when boiling the cooker spat water up to 50cm’s all over bench through hole in lid, Rice juice boiled all down the sides. Very, very messy unfortunately. The rice was fine to eat, a little gluggier than my last rice cooker. So I’m off to buy a different brand.

How much water do you put in for one cup of rice
There are incremental markings Betty. Want 2 cups of rice? Chuck in 2 of the supplied measuring cup. Fill with water to the 2 cup line. Press the button. Bingo!
