Great product, great customer service!
I purchased this and the glass cleaner as I wanted to make more sustainable choices. Had a small problem with the nozzle which customer service fixed straight away. So refreshing to find decent customer service for a change! Both products are great and get the job done.

Pleasant natural fragrance
I do like the refillable spray bottle and the pleasant natural fragrance, but the product doesn't actually get rid of mould. The glass screen, taps and tiles come clean with little effort. However, I've had to resort to good old bleach to remove any mould spots; disappointing from that point of view. It is a bit expensive and will only buy it when it's on special.

Refills too expensive
I really like this product. But shouldn’t the refills be less expensive? It defeats the purpose of being environmentally friendly if the refills are more expensive that starting anew. Love the product

I love this product! At actually works.
The premise behind this product is of course amazing, we all know the effects of plastic on the environment. Reducing waste is definitely the way we should all be living but I wasn’t expecting the product to be as successful as it is. It eliminated that tough shower screen scum in a breeze. I’m completely converted. I highly recommend!!

Great clean without the use of harsh chemicals
With a young toddler I’m cleaning my bathroom frequently, especially the bath and very conscious of the products I use. Cove cleans amazingly, it’s natural with a fresh, clean essential oil scent. It performs just as well as harsh chemicals which I’m trying to limit in my household. Love the packaging and the fact that it’s Aussie made and owned! I’m a big fan and I highly recommend this brand

Finally a product that WORKS
I was dubious about purchasing COVE Bathroom & Shower Cleaner. But thought I'd give it a go. I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. COVE actually works! It doesn't give me asthma attacks like other products. Simple to use, no strong or unpleasant fragrances, just fresh, clean scent and the shower is streak free and sparkling.
The refillable canister is brilliant and will last for years!
Highly recommend COVE Bathroom and Shower Cleaner.

Great clean, fresh, easy to use, good for the environment - I couldn’t ask for more
A great total clean for my bathroom. Happy I could use one product which worked for all my bathroom surfaces (sink, taps, bath, tiles). Feeling good I no longer have to throw plastic bottles into the recycling and saving space in the cupboard with one compact bottle. The lemon scent however is very subtle

How to use Cove Bathroom & Shower Cleaner
The product is a little unconventional in its packaging, but this is part and parcel of its appeal for reviewers. The multiple steps required to put together the cleaning solution before you can use it play a role in Cove's plan to prevent waste caused by consumer products.
The product comes with an empty aluminium bottle and a bathroom cleaner refill, in the form of a pouch. The liquid in the pouch consists of just 5 ingredients, which are: purified water, citric acid, caprylyl and cocamine oxide (the two cleaning agents) and lemon oil.
To use, empty the contents of the refill pouch into the reusable aluminium bottle, then fill the remaining space with water, to the brim. Replace the spray nozzle and being using the solution to clean bathroom surfaces.
Afterwards, you can return the pouch to the store you bought it from along with soft plastics, which are recycled through the REDcycle program.
Going forward, you can purchase more pouches to fill up your reusable bottle with.
