So much for their glass promotion, have the points but they have no stock. Similar to the containers promotion previously, had the points but again no stock. Woman at the Coles desk said they only received a small quantity of the glasses and they had run out. Won't get caught again, ALDI are in the same complex.

For the last year Woolies Tpmatoes have been tasteless. However Coles Tomatoes are excellent and flavourfull. Also their baskets are all super clean. Just fantastic, I love them totally recommended.

Bought two packets of lamb forequarter chops from Coles Smithfield this week, the chops at the base and in the bones was black, I am dismayed they are selling this! I will not go back!

I can double check that a product is available, then get an email saying it isn't. Often items that are two for a discounted price become unavailable, and so you pay full price for the remaining item.

I can't believe that in this day and age a supermarket on multiple occasions has its vegetable display half empty and what's there shouldn't be!!! Lift your game Kirawee. Never again!

The online experience isn't great it becomes confusing to find products and hard to look for what you want to buy. Also some products are not there. but the delivery is pretty reliable.

It was just amazing to see that we still could get bread and milk and basics even when the Princes Hway and Kings Hway were closed by fires. The managers got huge amounts of vital supplies in for the people in town - even cages of bags of ice when the power went out. Huge effort from the managers - much appreciated, so thank you Coles!!! Awesome effort.

Came on here to see reviews on product replacement. I decided that complaining about a yoghurt substitute was petty. I love the convenience of online ordering. I have no problems with the site, no problems with timely deliveries and no problem with customer service when needed. Bravo to Coles Labrador.

My 8yrs old son and I visited one of the our local Coles Supermarket from today. When nearly done picking what we need to buy I realized that I left my card at the car as it wasn't in my wallet when I checked out. Had to go back and asked my son stay behind and watch for our grocery cart. When I went back in, all other stuff needed to pick was already in the cart. I learned that one particular staff helped my son get those last few stuff while I was gone for about 5-8 minutes. I was so glad of what they did today. Thank you.

I’m not one to complain but I have to inform people who purchase salads that have forks included because I had purchased a salad for my lunch and after almost finishing it I bit into something very hard almost felt like I broke my tooth
It turned out to be a broken bit of the fork although I did enjoy the salad up to that point

I have been shopping at Coles for a few years now and the staff are all just super lovely, they are fantastic at thier jobs and all put up with alot. Thank you Lynbrook Coles

Mould cherries were provided in an online order. I was asked to return these to Queanbeyan from my home in Canberra yet I have a disability so can’t drive which is the only reason to be buying fresh food online. They didn’t organise pick up or redelivery because of the cost of the item. I paid the cost though for 6kg of mouldy cherries.

the last few times while adding items to my trolley i have had to log out and back in as advised by their phone support, as there were issues. yesterday i was mucking around every half hour for 3 hours as items would not add to the trolley. i contacted support 3 times and in the end lost my delivery spot i was hoping to hold. today i had the same issues, i even opened a new account with a new email and some items still would not add. only incentive for me to do the order was because of flybuys and having a delivery timeslot available next day. ive never had trouble with woolworths before and i used them for an entire year every week when i had a delivery saver. definitely will be going back to them!

What clown decided that taking the best sauage around and replacing it with a skinny tasteless bag of fat was a good idea.... lost a customer, hope the couple of cents you save is worth it

Misleading advertising from Coles At Hurstville parking for customers shopping at Coles there. They promise free parking for an hour if you shop there 15 dollars or more. they lying I shop two times and both of them they misleading me.

Advertising claims this pate to be “bold and rich” but it’s the most tasteless pate I’ve ever eaten.
There’s a miriad of ingredients that don’t need to be there- which are included purely for filler as there’s only 16% pork in the actual tub.
It tastes like... a weird, tasteless paste that has a hint of pate flavour. It’s only slightly cheaper than other brands like Normandie- don’t waste your money on this one!
