Were Excellent, Now Not Good Enough
Wish I had looked into this a long time ago but will be leaving now.
Compared suppliers recently as our bills kept feeling high and found Clicks offered rates 4 cents lower than when we started with them in 2015....
Our rates have nearly doubled since then.
They are being bumped up quite often so it's not noticed and you don't feel the need to look elsewhere but over time it amounts to a lot of cash in their pockets rather than mine. So beware and watch those rates as they will be nowhere near what you are promised at the beginning.
It's a shame customer loyalty and longevity are punished rather than rewarded.
Can't comment on customer service as I haven't needed to contact them so rating I have marked as neutral.
Easy to deal with
We moved from NSW to Queensland and continued with Click Energy as we found them easy to deal with and loved the monthly bill.
The only issue was getting our old account closed and the meter read. This is now resolved and the new connection in Queensland went through without a hitch.
The only disappointment is they can't offer a gas service.
Great easy task to save hard earnt dollars.
Transferred from another company and found click energy to be much cheaper and transfer was without fuss. Thank you to ACN who introduced us to click energy and steered us in the right direction as every dollar saved is worthwhile.
Highly recommended with Solar (&Tesla Battery)
When we moved house they made it easy for us. Great knowledge and help you descide and explain why that product/ plan is good for you. So it makes sense. After a few bills I called again we got even a better feed in tarrif which suited our house.

I have been Click customer since 3 years . I am using Electricity and Gas connection with Solar panels . My both bills are very less compared to my previous energy retailers I have dealt with . They are very competitive and easy to deal with

I am a new customer. The calls with customer support has been good and also the service has been prompt. The reps can be a little more sharp and concise but otherwise all good. Will see how it goes moving forward.
Recently installed solar panels, click energy organized smart meter installation that was completed within short time. Call center agent helped to solve the bill issue. Great communication. No dropout experienced since installation.

Click Service is always great, however!
IWe have been with Click for meany years and I cannot fault their service or pricing. Recently I found that I was entitled to A Qld Gov seniors discount on electricity. I cantacted Click on three separate occasions and each time I was told to apply in a different way. The last time worked and my application to the Qld Gov has been lodged very promptly. I feel that training on these Government discounts to the call centre staff should be revisited or these unusual requests are transferred to an expert. I am very happy with Click staff and my service.

We were setup with the hibiscus solar plan and had a very smooth process, the staff were friendly and experienced with setting up the referral deal.

No sure yet, get back to me after first bill
I had electric power installed. Received my first bill this week, I contacted Click agent regarding pensioner rebate. Agent took my pension card details and will advise me when necessary confirmation obtained
from social welfare. Agent also gave me an excellent explanation regarding payment of bill which
I like. Cannot recall exactly how long set-up took. I would say almost immediately after contract ? advised.
No problems with power drop outs.

Responsive and thorough
Electricity connection is still in the transfer process. Verbal and written explanations were given as required along the way. Final connection to Click will occur in 6-8 weeks. I am so far very happy with what Click has offered so far.
I installed solar power last year and Click has been very helpful with my usage. For gas usage I also get a very good discount and with all the credits.

Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.
Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
Where is my bill which is due now?????
