They put me on a cheaper plan a while back. Costs slowly crept up so I called them and I was offered a new plan which came in cheaper. They are very responsive to my needs.

I called today the first time the operater that answered was a little rude .when l called the second time the operater was very helpful and kind.then for the issue to be resolved properly he made sure l speak to someone else that answered in credit team and she was absoultly beautiful.Sorry didn't get any names.After that is was all well thank you.

The service its great, call centre is responsive and I didn't face any issue with them. I just need to call them twice because I needed some questions about my account and then another call to transfer my account, which means good service in general.

They are scammers!!! Found them ok in the beginning but unfortunatelythey are unprofesional using this situation to charge electricity more then usual.I am not at home, work all day as usual not even using air condition and received invoice $50 higher! I will change them for sure.

Easy to change to a better plan

I rang to just see if we were on the best plan and the consultant did a calculation based on my last bill to check the best plan for us and we have ended up on a much better plan that has saved us heaps. I could not be happier.

Contacted them about updating payment details. This was achieved without too much fuss. As an afterthought decided to check our electricity plan, which was upgraded with cheaper rates etc. Will have to wait to see if all is good.

Complete scam

Was told by phone operator that if I switched both gas and electricity I would get a egift card so I joined. It never came. Was told to wait a month so I did so. Then I was told that I should’ve signed up through the internet not via phone if I had wanted it. Ridiculous as after sign up I was bombarded by multiple phone operators for a good month. Complete scam.

No idea how they get their readings as I took photos of the meters when I moved into my new property then regular ones thereafter. The readings written on the bill were completely different.

Found Click to be ok for years and now the bills are very erratic. Received the latest one for $1189. The bills never make sense now how they are calculated. Always estimated even though the meter is read.
Have tried to call but with covert 19 conditions they have packed up their office and call goes nowhere. Have left emails but no reply apart form the auto received message saying they will be in contact soon. Now received a overdue letter and demanding payment 22/4/20 or a late fee will be incurred. Thinking of going elsewhere.

Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.

Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
