We were setup with the hibiscus solar plan and had a very smooth process, the staff were friendly and experienced with setting up the referral deal.

No sure yet, get back to me after first bill

I had electric power installed. Received my first bill this week, I contacted Click agent regarding pensioner rebate. Agent took my pension card details and will advise me when necessary confirmation obtained
from social welfare. Agent also gave me an excellent explanation regarding payment of bill which
I like. Cannot recall exactly how long set-up took. I would say almost immediately after contract ? advised.
No problems with power drop outs.
Am very satisfied with first bill

Electricity connection is still in the transfer process. Verbal and written explanations were given as required along the way. Final connection to Click will occur in 6-8 weeks. I am so far very happy with what Click has offered so far.

Don’t recommend

The bills were never clear always charging for what ever they want. As I was moving out I decided to close the account, I call them, they did it, they send me the email confirming that. 2 months later I keep receiving bills from them, I called them again apparently it was not closed. The staff is really unqualified, they policy makes no sense, they make mistakes and you end up paying for them, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Btw closing fee is $171, that is way too much.

Incorrect address

The address was recorded wrongly and the account was cancelled without Notice. The transfer didn't effectand we were not updated, beyond receiving an email stating signed sealed and delivered (the email didn't have any reference to the address associated).
We were disadvantaged as a result as was the previous account holder for the same address who is still being charged by their carrier.
We had to start a new account and are waiting for that to be verified.

3 days ago l waited over 30 min for someone to respond to my call. Nrxt day l waited 13 min foa a response, thenrang again on new customer line, he put me through to wait AGAIN to wait a LONG time. Issue of receiving a seniors discount should now be solved. I have had my seniors discount before with you, why was it taken away??

Great solar rates and good service on the phone

I changed from red energy to click energy due to higher PFIT for my solar account. Means I get money back each month and so I have to call click energy to get reimbursed. Phone wait times is short and my transfer is done quickly.

Click offer competitive prices and the monthly billing is great for budgeting. The invoice arrives by email at the same time every month. We changed to another supplier and came back to click within 3 months. The call centre staff are really easy to talk too and organised the move in one phone call

Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
