Great value
I was surprised with the quote as I thought I had a good deal with my previous provider, I was wrong. Easy sign up and great value. Have been kept up to date along the way and now know I can save on my power.

Great service, discounts, takes the worry out of bills
Quick, easy, electricity, didn't have 2 do anything. Took over notified previous contracted, dud the reading. Timeframe was 6 weeks, told other tenants in units about Click Energy, great service

Great communication
Connected my electricity and gas. The follow up process seemed pretty straight forward the online application was easy to follow. The male person I spoke on the phone was also helpful and friendly.

Better deal
Transferred my gas account to Click. Better price, particularly supply charge. Easy to transfer, well explained, and no hassles. Ex Simply Energy customer who were difficult in the extreme to deal with.

click energy connection for new home
Operator was awesome no issues from my end he promptly answered by requirement. I was able to get through to Click really quickly unlike other services. I am moving house so the change requirement ordered was simple.

Just a massive scam
I had electricity connected in May of 2022. My first bill for June $24.55 and my second bill for July, was $134.11. After trying to save energy, my bills went down a tiny bit, until january, when it reached a total of $13. In April of 2022, I opted out of electricty with Click energy, as I was moving out. When I viewed my total usage over the last twelve months, the usage from the previous months had jumped, and I suddenly owed money. Click energy is very unreliable. My bills never evened out, and they were always trying to up-sell me. I still have an ongoing battle/dispute with them over my previous bills, and am investigating why the total usage as of April, reads different to the monthly bills I received.

I'm leaving Click Energy
I have just electricity connected through Click Energy. At first I really liked them, they were quick and efficient and easy to communicate with. I've always been on time with my bills. This quarters bill however was about $400 higher than usual even though absolutely nothing has changed. Rang them and you can only communicate with them via a messaging system. Asked for the bill to be looked at and the refused, asked for a payment plan as with the virus we have had work hours drastically cut, this was also refused. The man on the phone was extremely rude and we have decided to change providers due to this.

Quietly on power bill which I thought was excessive compared to previous bills never had one as large as this if this is normal power prices are way over the top

Exceptional customer service!
Had to get a new account, first time ever doing this. Wish I had gotten the name of the customer service operator, she was very helpful and lowered my anxiety greatly.

Donr ever sign up on this company it's a ripoff
I sign up last year from an agent who convinced me that my bill be less than what I paid from energy..so far I paid almost twiceand when I today to compare it to energy I could have paid only $300+ as compare to what I spit them for $600+
They dont have my solar rebate which per bill its has 0 reading on it.
Thye rip.me off for 3 quarter I think..
I should have transfer from the beginning.
Whar a ripoff..
Thye even give u penalty if u dont paid the advanced payment which I complained fee month ago as I got delayed paying the advance payment. What a company..they should be ashamed and dont even offee.this to anybody.

solar rates thats why I'm paying too much electric bill. It really pays off to compare now and then.. I really didnt know about it not until I compare. Setup for the service was easy but once a customer that is where the ease stops. The call center is a long and exhaustive experience every time you need to contact them. And that for me was regular. At one stage I was overcharged $4000 And it took months to sort.

absolutely no support.
We had the hibiscus plan installed and then 2 weeks later we had to change and upgrade our system. I called the support number so I can upgrade my plan and also have the monthly amount changed that they take out of our account.
There has been no answer from that number now for one week and I am still waiting for my email to be answered.
The number for new connections still works lol. Have called it twice and they cannot help me. Their building has closed shop for the coronavirus and a small team are working from home. The message on the line just says try again later and closed for an emergency. I have emailed again, will give them 24 hours to call otherwise I am forced to change providers.

A representative called 2 days after I posted this and things were sorted. Just a shame that you do not employ more people in this time of need. 2 weeks was a long time to wait for an existing customer.

Very good tele operator
-Electricity and Gas are installed
-Very fast set up as I told the tele operator I would move in very soon, he was very and efficient
-I just moved in for a few days I can’t tell more, no dropouts so far, I believe Click energy is very reliable as I used it a few years ago

Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
