Placed my first online order and it was extremely disappointing. I had to place the online order as my wife is pregnant and wanted to avoid going out. My wife has congestion diabetes which is why we ordered certain items and we received totally opposite (ex: Ordered whole meal and was sent white bread, ordered greek yogurt and was sent sweetened yogurt) If you don't have the relevant items displayed on website just update the website to out of stock also the final invoice was reduced. Extremely poor online UX/UI and eCommerce experience, will never ever shop online again.
Absolute Rotten First Hand Experience
Placed my very first order which was delivered with half the items missing.
The cretins did not even have the decency/ professionalism to

Just received our order today, excellent! We feel much better buying online right now than going to the supermarket. Our delivery was left at the door and no plastic bags at all!
Update: food poisoning from bad grated parmesan! Exploitation at its worst
Food poisoning update to below review!:
I have been ill since lunch, food poisoning. All I ate today was lettuce, sirena tuna in oil and mushrooms I received yesterday in the delivery and grated parmesan from the deli that I also received yesterday.
Trying to figure out which of the ingredients it was, my husband and I investigated the parmesan, which has 10/5/20 expiration date (so I trusted it and shovelled a few table spoons into the sauteed mushroom and butter) and realised it's so dark, spongy and slightly moist to the touch and has a s...ubtle off/mouldy smell. The texture is strange too, appears more like food processed biscuits. Photos are attached and if they need proof, we are holding onto the cheese. According to the sticker, should be good until 10/5 right? So it will be with me until then if anyone from Harris Farm wants to smell or try it. So on top of the entire experience so far, I am now suffering extreme abdominal cramping for the last two hours! Even while typing this, but I am so angry that I have food poisoning that I had to update my review! An overall disappointing end to this saga, ending up so sick because of off grated parmesan of all things. One week delivery wait + $139 order, only $35 delivered = No food for Easter Weekend
Waited a week for $139 order to supply food for my family for coming week.
Only $35 of food arrived (also late), as remainder of order not in stock. In the meantime Harris Farm had been holding my money for 9 days from order to refund.
No meat, no bread, no rice for my family. This happened week prior as well, $40 refund on $136 order.
Obviously inventory/stock management is not Harris Farm's strong point, but for an online service, should it be?

They have always been great some items not in stock but not their fault in this pandemic thankful to Harris farms for delivering the groceries, veggies and fruits to us when all major supermarkets refused to deliver online orders. Thanks Harris farms
The issue closed
The issue has been closed. My biggest whinge was about coffee beans being advertised but not being delivered and this has been corrected by Harris Farm by updating the online shop website.
Delivered $10 worth of products out of $100 order - deserves zero stars
Ordered 4 lobsters + a couple of apples to tip it over to free delivery. Instead of being delivered by 6pm, the delivery arrived at 9.15pm and, the driver dropped off two apples in a large box and casually told me that the cold items couldn't be due to a warehouse issue. Have to be seen to be believed. Hopeless - don't order from their online store.

Order delivered at 9pm with $23.73 worth of items missing.
Order PP#580301, quoted delivery on the confirmation is from 1pm to 6pm. Arrival update at 8pm, quoting delivery time of 74 minutes. Called customer service and asked for a reschedule to an appropriate time frame following day. Was informed that the request will be escalated.
Delivery arrives at 9pm anyway, no contact from customer service regarding escalation. The order is missing 4 items. Driver responds with "Talk to customer service." We refused the delivery and driver took back the order. Called customer service and a refund was processed as "Unforseen circumstances."

First time HFM online delivery and definitely last!
This is the first time I ordered groceries with Harris Farm and definitely last! It felt like I received someone’s else’s order- many items were totally missing, and others were replaced with stuff that was of less weight or quantity, ie 12 cage eggs instead of 15 cage free, 2 x 300g packets of chicken thighs at $36/kg versus 2 x 600G packets at $18/kg.. not mentioning I didn’t receive many essential items at all- though they charged me for everything 8 days ago when placing the order! Now trying to rectify the issues and get my $$ back with their customer service which will probably take forever too....what a waste of time.

So happy that we have food markets like Harris Farm to rely on for delivery when Woolworths and Coles halted their delivery service. Veggies are always fresh. Fruits could be a hit and miss but HF is ever so apologetic if you raise an issue with a particular delivery and will refund the unsatisfactory items. If products are not available, they will replace with similar quality products and if replacements are cheaper than the ordered and paid for products, they will provide a refund. Undelivered products due to no stock/replacement will always ...be refunded. Drivers and delivery people are always polite. Orders are packaged so very well. Don’t think I will be shopping at Woolworths or Coles any time soon after Harris Farm. Thank you Harris Farm.
Bad. Delivered to wrong address, lots missing, overcharged, rotten 'fresh food'. Meat Use-By 1 day after delivery!
Boxes were delivered to wrong address then retrieved by delivery driver - from a total strangers premises. During a pandemic! In hindsight, we should have rejected the order completely. Half of the items were missing - no notification until order arrived. A lot of other items were missing and were charged for. Pre-packed meat looked old and use-by date was 1 day after delivery! Cheddar cheese old stock. Fruit, salad and veggies very old and some were fermented were in their own skins or rotten. Even the potatoes were hard and inedi...ble and the bag of onions had wet tops infested with fruit flies. No milk or bread. A jar of substituted HF soup had no list of ingredients label and looked and smelt like a jar of vomit. A lot of the items delivered are only good for the chooks or pigs. Where on earth did Harris Farm get all this old food from? The quality is appalling and very surprising, like they don't care and aren't even trying. A waste of money.
Not every items received
It was a big shock to my wife and me that after 10 days of waiting we only received 1/2 of ordered items without any upfront warning that some items will be missing or be unable to full-fill.
Most of the missing ones unluckily are in the higher value side such as meat items so we only received ~ $100 worths of an over > $200 order. Some items are not match with what we ordered and more on the worse side.
We thought Harris Farm is a big business and well-known branch, which has no problem as all to deliver their promise of "satisfaction guara...ntied" but the real experience is bad. While I were writing this review, we received a refund and an apologize letter which calmed me down a bit but it would be much better if it had been sent few days ago.

They can’t keep up with the volume at the moment so don’t expect to get what you’ve ordered. We ordered two week ago and yesterday received half of our order, and half of what we got was substituted with things we wouldn’t have selected (different flavours etc). On top of that, the corn was rotten and an apple was completely rotten through. The packer surely would have seen it when they packed the box. Always been a fan of Harris farm but at the moment Make other arrangements in case you only get part of your order or order elsewhere.

I ordered for Wednesday between 5-7 PM and delivery was at home at 11 AM!
I did not received all the items I ordered (8 cans of hearts of palm, I received just one. i did not receive my bread and ham!!)
AVOID - missing items, long wait for delivery
We shop at Harris Farm COVID-19, so wanted to support them during lockdown, but won’t order again.
- had to wait 12 days for the earliest delivery
- about half the items ordered did not arrive
- most of the other items were substituted items because they’ve run out of stock (informed via email the day after the delivery)
- in the end I only got ~20% of the items I ordered, and I had to wait 12 days for them...
- still waiting for a refund on the missing items, advised it’ll take ~1 week
The good:...- delivery arrived within the specified timeframe on the day - they send a text so you can track the order once it hits the road Overall: - terrible experience, won’t order again - please avoid, we can’t reward/support companies doing such a bad job when others more deserving need our business in these tough times.

We gave Harris Farm a try for the first time a couple of weeks ago via there family box, we chose this option as their online order system wasn't working at the time. The box was ok but as we couldn't select items that matched my wife's dietary requirements we decided to try their online ordering system was ready which it appeared to be last week.
Our order was fairly small at $150 as we only needed essential items, it was disappointing to see that the earliest delivery was 7 days later but we decided to take a leap of faith given our experie...nce to date. Sadly this was a leap too far as Harris farm not only didn't deliver half of the items in our order, they failed to deliver at any level. They didn't notify us in advance, they left it to us to contact them concerned that they may have misplaced many of our items, and although they apologised for their error they offered no solution to our problem which was we desperately needed food today. They also refused to offer any kind of compensation for the errors they accepted they had made, the response was to go somewhere else if we needed food today (putting our health at risk as this would mean a store visit as higher-risk customers) or re-order and wait another 7 days and hope we get incredibly lucky and Harris Farm deliver what they promised too when they took our money. Overall, just disappointing and dismayed.
