Travel of mower

published

The mower works well but I am on hilly terrain on inclines the mower will keep driving after you take foot off pedal so have to hit reverse to stop it also on hills the mower stops and vibrates like chain cigs slipping have to release travel pedal to stop it then go again not good for my hilly block it’s frustrating

Purchased in February 2021 for A$15,000.00.

Built like a Tank but handles like one too!

Have had numerous Cub Cadets but this is my first Zero turn and I have to say that it is the best so far. Deck construction is Tanklike fabricated in sheet steel rather than thin pressed metal Just been in for 200 hour service at dealer and was told that the idler arm is shot and needs replaced but unfortunately Cub Cadet don’t make the part anymore because it keeps failing So it was necessary to got to an Engineer and get him to fabricate one??? Last Cub Cadet for me No service backup No Parts backup.

Excellent machine!

published

I have had my m60 since New in 2008.

No problems what so ever, very power and reliable.
Have done about 3000 hours no issues as yet.

This is my 3rd cub cadet, I find the quality in their commercial machine fantastic.

Other than the electric clutch motor filling up with dirt etc and slipping the belt time to time, I honestly cannot think of any other problems I've had.

Cub cadet tank m60

My cub cadet tank has broke again after 150 hours since I last had it fixed. The hydro drive us again. I spoke to cub cadet Australia (mtd) the said it was not their problem. Looks like I am up for about $2500 to $3000 dollars to fix. Very expensive lawn mower and very very poor product.

Very good machine when working well

I bought my Tank M60 to mow my 17 acre block I found it great to use and excellent in the rough and dusty climate also it handled the wet and damp seasons well very economical but when it came time to service the machine it became expensive as far as parts go very hard to find in Australia if you want anything you have to order from the states and wait for it to arrive not good.
Good to operate
Expensive to mantain
