Terrible Terrible !
I had a problem with my induction cooker. DACAPS charged me $132 as a called out fee did not send me a report even after one week as agreed. The report sent me after chasing was very unprofessional and also disappointing as they do not provide a solution except asking me to replace the whole unit. The staff who occupy the reception are rude do not know even how to answer a call. In my opinion DACAPS is a thoroughly incompetent company so please do not use them.

Not bad.
They fixed my machine on time and I was really happy with the service. I am only taking a star off because they didn't carry the part in their van and had to reschedule.

Disgusting Company
The most incompetent, disgusting company I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Their "Customer service" is truly appalling. The "ladies" that work in their call centre/office are an absolute joke and do not own one ounce of courtesy or common sense. DO NOT USE this company. The service we received was appalling and i will NEVER use this company again nor recommend.

My husband has to fix the oven himself
I organised Dacaps to come and repair my oven on the only day my husband had off work. They arrived on the wrong day and rang us asking where we were. We told them the job was booked in on Wednesday . So we waited for them and no one turned up. I rang to complain and the office lady said "we are only human". They eventually turned up and did nothing at a cost of $130. The tech did not bring the spare part even after I gave them the model, what was wrong and that we had replaced the top element (which we bought from Dacaps). We were told that we need to go down and purchase the other element and install it ourselves. A complete waste of time having them come out and it took them a week!!

Disappointed
OMG. I should have read the reviews before I got DACAPS to check out the faulty oven. People are writing my story! I paid $135 call out fees and waited for a week and no one call back with costing for the part. I called them and was promised to return call, but didn't. Call them several times after 4:35 pm and no one answers the phone anymore. They suppose to work from 8-5pm!
How can I rate them zero?

Worst Worst Worst!!!
Just paid $135 for an extremely rude technician to come out and tell me that my thermostat was broken and that they didn't know how much the part would be or when the oven could be fixed. Had to follow up with them today to find out what was going on as the technician hasn't called me back. Again they had no idea and couldn't give me any idea of price of when they would have the part price or be able to service my oven.

"EXCELLENT" Service
I am struggling with the recent reviews I have just read. I cannot thank the technician that attended my auntys house yesterday enough. Completely incompetent
3 diff techs, 3 diff diagnosis on my dishwasher - still not fixed after 7 weeks - wrong parts ordered - now waiting another 2 weeks for no doubt a 4th tech to arrive with different parts. Techs badmouth each other to customers. Shockingly bad service - how are they still in business?

terrible, unorganized and dreadful - don;t waste your money or time with them
I have had nothing but trouble with this company on the few occasions i have had to use them. They are rude, slow and just take months to get any repairs done. I have tried calling to talk to a manager and they are never available and never call back . Pay the bit extra and get the actual appliance company to attend - trust me not worth the headache!

By far the rudest company we have met!!
We brought a dishwasher from this company and payed for delivery and installation, when they came to install the dishwasher 3 hours LATE he placed the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen and informed us that he was not qualified to install it and the plumber who was meant to arrive that day did not arrive. Now we are left with a dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen that may not work because we have yet to test it.

Absolutely hopeless!
We had a gas stove top and electric oven issue. They can't send an electrician and gas tech at the same time. 1st visit of each was to diagnose the problem, 2nd to fit parts. Now onto 3rd electrical visit and just found what caused the fault in the 1st place... Order more parts and come for another visit. Gas is now leaking after they repaired the cooktop. Been back twice to "fix" that. To date, 7 visits and nothing is fixed. Each time one of us has to take a day off work.

Disgraceful service is an understatement
Dacaps have provided the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. A job was booked Through dacaps to fix the gas top in our unit. Two weeks after the parts arrived, a job was booked in between 12-3 on a Monday. b for a third time, it was no surprise when no technician turned up! We were given no explanation only an apology for the stuff up. After then speaking to the customer service manager the next day, he assured us that a technician would be out the next day to fix the problem. That day was today, and I'm terribly let down and disgusted by the customer service of this company as our job has been re booked for tomorrow! The constant no shows of the technicians with no follow up or communication from the company is clearly a trend. The reviews below also justify that other paying customers have been exposed to dacaps poor system. They have not only wasted hours of our day and time ( they send a text message and ask you to be home between a long time frame of several hours) but their customer service is beyond disgraceful. After three follow up calls Today requesting to speak to the customer service manager, im still waiting for a call back. It seems they would rather bury their head in the sand as opposed to facing the facts around their poor customer service and solving an issue for customers. All reviews are correct - DACAPS are useless
I'm disappointed I cant give them less than one star. As per other reviews, didn't turn up when they said they would. The quote was also very expensive. The part for our fridge was apparently common yet it required ordering from over east. It took 10 days to come and we were charged $33 for freight, Sounds like an overnight bag cost to me. In the end we went to another service provider that repaired the fridge, cheaper and even before the part from DACAPS had arrived. Do your research and find an alternative. You'll be better off.

Terrible service
This is the second time we've had to call out DACAPS to fix a dishwasher under extended warranty. On the first occasion, we had to make multiple calls to get an appointment only for the technician to tell us that the reason the dishwasher was working sometimes but not others was because we don't use Rinse-aid (????). This time around, we've waited a week for an appointment and the technician has not shown up - like most people, I've had to take time off work to be home. I've rung up twice to enquire about the technician's whereabouts and both times have been disconnected after long periods on hold. If I had a choice, I would never use this company again.

Since my oven developed a fault on Monday long weekend, I used the DACAPS online booking form to arrange a fix. I clicked all the times I was available. The site promises "next day service and 10% online discount"
Wednesday I get a text, stating someone will show Thursday, but with no indication of time-frame. I call and text back to confirm. The lady on the phone was very rude and obviously under a bit of stress and tells me she can't confirm a time.

Took the day off work for the scheduled appointment and they cancelled one technician. The second technician arrived and the only tools he used was to take photos wih his iPad and his eftpos machine to charge $165 to take photos and tell me my machine needed a new pump and it would take approximately eight weeks. I honestly can't believe the things I have read about DACAPS on here. I couldn't rate DACAPS highly enough to be honest. I feel as though the people you have put a bad review where dealing with another company and not DACAPS. I have used DACAPS for the past year and have only got great things to say about them. Always punctual. Very friendly customer service when I have dealt with them and always there to help.

Company ordered wrong parts had to wait for the right parts to arrive 5 + days and then the technician was incompetent!He wanted a fee of $384 for hanging around for 30+ minutes saying it was a big job and not fixing the washing machine! Customer service were really rude and hanged the phone on our face, went in to see the manager and to out great surprise he was even more rude and didn't know what was happening, he was just throwing insults left right and center. NEVER AGAIN worst company I've ever dealt with
