My dafni is now blinking red and green. Only used twice. No answer on phone contact number.
I am assuming that this issue cannot be fixed, since there are no responses above and the company is not answering phone

I contacted dafni direct and they replaced mine! Didn’t say what was wrong with it, just replaced it so I’m assuming they know it’s a common occurrence. Is it still in warranty? Take it back to where you bought it and demand a replacement, they gave a 1 year warranty. They seemed quick to help me after I gave a not so favourable review?
After reading so many comments abt dafni.. I m facing same issue.. It was working fine for few times now red n green lights r beeping countinuously.. N its not heating... I m sooo disappointed. Any help?

Hi, I placed an order for Dafni Go hair brush on 17th september, 2017 through nykaa.com in India.
The product is flashing green red lights and is not getting heated at all. It has just been two months and its already stopped working. All this while I had been thinking this was the best investment I ever made for my hair as it suited my fine hair type.
Can you please assist me regarding how to go about this. For reference Order number #: 801073267 at nykaa.com.
I raised a query at nykaa.com and got asked to directly contact dafni. It's just going to-and -fro and a bit frustrating. I have the box, the bag, wire and plug intact. The bill is auto generated at nykaa.com. Please revert with a probable solution as to refund/replacement. In case it can just be replaced, I hope it's not defective.

I bought my Dafni a few months ago and I am still using it daily I am happy with the product. I think it depends on your hair structure as well.
How do I contact someone, I purchased the Dafni had shoulder surgery could not use and now when I plug it in the brush does not heat up and the green light keeps blinking. I bought mine on click frenzy from the shaver shop it did the same thing after only a few uses. I took it back to a store and just showed the receipt through PayPal app, they tested it in store and replaced it immediately, but they did tell me if this one has any problems I have to call Dafni directly.

I got my dafni brush from UK. The straightening effect goes off after 30 min. Is there a problem with the brush. Or the brush isn't meant for my hai?
mine never went off. must be the brush
I have had 2 of them and both of mine would turn off after 30 min also. I called them and was told it's just a safety setting in case you left it on, on accident and walked away. Just turn it back on and you should be good to go.
Okay so I got the Dafni ceramic go hairbrush from a family member for my birthday. It is brand new and doesn't heat up. Is there a way to fix this?

Yes it was replaced straight away when I visited the shop again and since then it has never caused any issues,.loving it!!
Im from india and while travelling to dubai, i had purchased the dafni brush from sephora at mall of emirates. Aftrr using it inly twice, wenever i switch it on the red and green light keep beeping, and the brush dusnt heat up?? Where do i get this sorted!??

Hi I usually apply oil before washing my hair, but there s still oil stickiness can I use dafni brush does it create any problem for the brush !

The oil that you currently use will not cause any damage to the brush.
But we would however recommend using a cotton bud to clean once in a while.

The Dafni original unfortunately does not have world wide voltage.
But however the Dafni Go and the Dafni special edition both have worldwide voltage and will work in India.

I bought my Dafni brush off ebay, paid a good amount for it. It is has been just over a year and now it won't work. The red light keeps beeping and won't switch off. The only way is to switch off the main plug. Can this be fixed in any way, please help.
